I'm finally getting around to writing this review…read more Dwight is absolutely amazing!!! In early February we were looking for care for my dad. I called Dwight at 7:30 to leave a message. He actually picked up the phone. He talked with me for about 40 minutes, explaining all the services he offers and how it would look helping my dad (and mom). He knows his stuff! Very compassionate. Knowledgeable. Caring. There are a lot of things to consider when hiring a caregiver. Legalities. Regulations. Matching a caregiver with a client. So much more. Dwight explained it all so clearly. Big one: If you have a long-term healthcare insurance policy, make sure to check the waiting period. My mom hadn't looked at the policy in years, and sure enough there was a waiting period. His advice on activating it was on point. He met with my mom and I within a week of first talking on the phone. He re-explained to my mom all the services he offers. She was able to use him for only a week....my dad returned to the hospital. And never returned home. Dwight was so supportive. Would not hesitate to call Dwight.

My mother underwent a knee replacement and required long-term assistance after returning home…read more Kaiser referred her to Care Partners for in-home care during her recovery. Over the course of several weeks, I worked closely with Lina while arranging the additional support my mother needed following her surgery, which had been significantly delayed due to the Kaiser strike. Throughout the process, Lina was professional, compassionate, kind, and extremely helpful. There were several frustrating moments related to scheduling issues, many of which I expressed to Kaiser. Lina was always honest and transparent, explaining that all of their Spanish-speaking caregivers were currently assigned to other clients. Even so, she consistently took the time to listen to my concerns, answer questions, and help explore possible solutions. Lina maintained regular communication to ensure my mother received the specific care she needed when she needed it. While there were some scheduling challenges along the way, Lina remained proactive, attentive, and supportive, helping us navigate each obstacle. She also worked closely with her scheduling team to make sure my mother's care needs were met. I am grateful for Lina's dedication and commitment throughout this process. Thank you, Lina, and thank you to Care Partners for the care and support provided to my mother during her recovery. Enrique M.

Our family trusted this agency to help care for my father, who suffers from Alzheimer's. Instead,…read morethe experience became one of the most stressful and emotionally draining situations we've ever dealt with. The caregiver assigned to our family regularly spent large amounts of time on her phone during caregiving hours, including personal calls involving ongoing relationship and family drama. I personally caught her sitting up the street with my father during what was supposed to be a walk while she remained distracted on the phone instead of actively caring for him. Out of respect for her situation and because she has children depending on her income, I chose not to escalate concerns immediately. However, after realizing the level of inattentiveness taking place, I intended to formally address the situation. Shortly afterward, the caregiver abruptly quit, and APS was suddenly sent to our home. APS and law enforcement both evaluated the situation and determined my father was living in a safe environment. The timing of these events, combined with what our family experienced directly, left us deeply disturbed and caused enormous emotional stress during an already difficult period caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's. Families going through dementia care are already overwhelmed enough without fear, instability, interrupted care, and added trauma. I strongly encourage families to stay actively involved, document everything, and pay close attention to how caregivers are spending their time while entrusted with vulnerable elderly patients. Be vigilant with companies that are supposed to support families in crisis, because continuity of care, professionalism, and compassion matter when dealing with elderly patients suffering from Alzheimer's.

The owner, Brian, kept in constant contact managing our scheduling needs so that we always had the around the clock care that was needed. Caregiver Ed was exceptional. His experience and gentle kindness helped to make such a difficult time more manageable. He not only cared for my ailing father but he always had his eye on our elderly mother as well, just making sure she was doing ok-- our parents had been married for 67 years. All of the caregivers sent to us were just wonderful people; It takes someone very special to do a job like this. Every one of them worked so well with our hospice team-we knew our father was not only in capable hands but such loving and caring ones. This mattered so much to us at such a difficult time. I highly recommend this company.

It was our first time navigating this kind of service, and honestly, we didn't know what to expect. From the start, they moved quickly. They came out right away to assess the situation, made clear and thoughtful recommendations, and matched us with caregivers who were genuinely excellent. No scrambling, no gaps, they just handled it. Rebecca and Lauren managed everything on the care coordination side, and they were outstanding. Responsive, proactive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. That kind of communication matters enormously when your family is stressed and trying to make good decisions fast. The caregivers themselves were professional, kind, and clearly knew what they were doing. My father was well looked after, and that peace of mind is hard to put a price on. If you're on the fence about whether a service like this is worth it, it is. We're grateful we found them when we needed it most.

We are very grateful that the VA connected us with Right At Home. They have been kind, understanding, and flexible with our schedule. They have provided great advice about Dad's care and we have always felt secure in their guidance. Rich from Right At Home has been the caretaker for Dad for the past months, and he has been wonderful to work with - he is calm, patient, and incredibly kind to both of my parents.
