He assisted us again in June when my mother required surgery and needed some assistance when she returned home. We had people lined up a week in advance. She had used them for one of her own family members, and had a great experience. My initial experience with Cheri was very good, they were very responsive to my initial call, and were able to meet with me at a time convenient for me, very considerate of my time limitations with all that was going on at the time. The day my uncle came home, they were right there waiting and willing to help. Over the next 2 1/2 weeks he was home, the caretakers were very loving and attentive. He lived alone, so often it was just him, and the caretakers. For his safety, I had cameras installed, and reviewed them often when I was not able to be there. This is how I know how well they treated him and cared for him. I could see how they took care of him, even when they were alone. And he was lucid, so if something wasn't right, he could tell me. He adored them though, and was very appreciative for their kindness and care. I will mention that there was one caretaker in the beginning that my uncle just didn't seem to click with, so we asked for a replacement and it was granted immediately. As for the management for Circle of Care, Cheri and Genalyn, they were very attentive and always responded quickly with any questions or needs we had. I see now why this company was so highly recommended by my uncle's doctor at UCI. If I had to do it over again, I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
