    My computer had slowly been failing for some time. I had a vague idea of what was wrong but hardware is not my strong suit. Finally, the day came and I had to find someone. l. I continued to search and by chance found Simply Computers. There was one great review of SC and I took the leap. It was Simply the best call I could have made. Not only did a real person {the business owner} answer the phone, we discussed the problem. John {owner} stated he could come to my home that very evening. He not only actually showed up { I hear many do not}, he came with the hardware to fix what he believed would solve the problem I described. John is a pleasant person who is very knowledgeable. He readily answered all our questions and fixed a few minor problems he observed without being asked. John's prices are reasonable and I could not have been more pleased with the results. It is too bad that on Yelp there are only only five stars to indicate ~Woohoo! As good as it gets!~ Simply Computers and John deserve at least ten stars.     Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. We called the online help number to get…read moreour phone fixed. They told us to schedule a time to visit Geek Squad in the store. We did that and went to the store at the appointment time. After being at the store for an hour the Geek Squad member told us that they can't help us with the Geek Squad Protection plan. From there they told us to go online and call a number. We then went back home and called the number. Only to have them try to set us up with an in-store Geek Squad appointment. We explained to them we already did that and the Geek Squad member told us to call the online number. Then the call center proceeded to hang up. We called back, asked for a manager, after more time on hold they hung up on us. So then we called the store, only to find out calling the store just sends you to the call center. Their answer for getting ahold of someone in the store???? Just keep calling the store until it doesn't send you to the call center. What a terrible way to treat your customer. First you waste our time in store, then you waste our time with a call center. There isn't even an option to allow me to just wait for the store team to not be busy. Completely unacceptable way to treat your customer. This holiday season I will be skipping best buy and I suggest you do to.
