He's super knowledgable and attentive. He's also one of the first optometrists that is sensitive enough not to make me feel bad about my vision but suggests ways to protect my eyes. For example, he suggested that my husband gets glasses that filter out blue wavelengths (since these tend to be the ones that are most harmful to vision). The last time we went, we were rather rushed because the only available time slot was the morning when my father was due to arrive at Bradley Airport. Never before had I felt so much like a demanding customer, constantly rushing to see if we could either wrap up early, or prepay so we wouldn't have to pay after the checkup. I felt badly, but also didn't want to keep my father waiting at the airport! Dr. Hochberg and his staff were as considerate and patient as can be. He didn't cut any corners despite my attitude and ensured we got a full checkup before departing.

I believe the problem is the labs they use to make the glasses. Also the non-glare is not non-glare at all. It has a blue tint to it and your glasses will reflect if having online meetings. I left and went to another place who measured the glasses and told me that the glasses K&P gave me did not match the prescription. In addition the bifocal area was not level. K&P did refund my money. The response I got was, "We pride ourselves in getting it right." Yes, but clearly you do not get it right. Very disappointed. I like Dr Flor and think she is a good doctor.
