He did an even better color-matching job of the caulk than what was there originally.He also found some areas under the entrance to the shower stall that had never been caulked. You had to lay on the floor and look up under the doorway to the shower to be able to see it, and he found it and fixed it. Their 1st appt for assessment of our kitchen and front hallway tiles was quick and comprehensive. We asked for their floor/grout cleaning & coloring. Also had some cracked tiles replaced. They were very accommodating in saving our cost estimate until our kitchen remodel project was over a month away. Rockne was our service technician who was very experienced in applying their flr & grout cleaning; along with repairing grout and replacing tiles. Their steam grout cleaning process was amazing and was able to clean up much of our grout ; but the grout coloring system used did a fabulous job of covering all grout in kitchen and hallway the color we chose.
