Bike shops are driven by bottom lines. Most bike shops are there to sell you bikes or gear. They…read moreoffer you sales and bike fits hoping you roll out with a nice shiney new bike and a few dollars lighter. But what is TwoHub's bottom line? I was looking for a new bike, but wasn't quite sure what I wanted. I ruled out Trek, Specialized, Cervelo and Pinarello. I called TwoHubs and chatted with Chary about Factor. They said they had more than Factor bikes. They had Bianchi, Wilier, Orbeas, Factor, Cipollini and yes, Pinarelos. Probably a whole lot more. They got some really high quality stuff. So it was worth a stop in their shop. My gosh, am I glad I went. Their shop was filled with all the coolest bike builds on display. They had some of the coolest wheels on the walls. They got vintage Colnago and Bianchi frames built up. This wasn't a bicycle wholesale shop. It was a custom, built it according to the customer, kind of shop. I got a chance to chat with Chary, and was he fun to chat with. He's got all the insights, know-hows and latest news. He's got all the tips and advice to help you build a super cool bike. Chary is here to work with you on your dream build. Over the next few months, I worked with Chary on a bike build. There were a few hiccups along the way but nothing that the shop wasn't ready to address with the manufacturers/distributors.  One thing became very obvious at this point. This shop was filled with passion. A passion for all things cycling. From the gear, to the rider, to the culture. So what's TwoHub's bottom line? They want to make sure you enjoy what you ride. So what did I roll out with? Check the pictures.

My bike originally had a 12-speed Shimano cassette and chain, but they replaced them with a 10-speed cassette and chain and adjusted the shifter to make it work. At the time, everything seemed fine. After about two years in storage, I took the bike out, cleaned and lubricated the chain, and went for a ride. The chain ended up breaking. When I went to replace it using the factory 12-speed specifications, that's when I realized the cassette and chain were not 12-speed components. It was disappointing because they seemed knowledgeable, and I trusted the work that was done. I would just recommend double-checking that the correct parts are installed for your specific bike before leaving the shop. They have since moved out of my area.

Competitive pricing, especially for someone who will come to your home and get it done quickly. Have owned many bikes and have gone thru many tune ups and Steve did a solid job. Wheels were tightened, brakes feel like night and day and otherwise everything I expected. Not sure what the complaints are about him working quickly? Just because you drop it off at a shop and they tell you to come back 2-3 hrs later doesn't mean they're working on it for that long....

The night before my daughter's first birthday trip a drive from Aliso Viejo, California to Phoenix,…read moreArizona I was loading the car around 6:00 PM when my tire warning light suddenly came on. With a long drive ahead early the next morning and a one-year-old traveling with us, this immediately became a stressful situation. In South Orange County, most tire service locations close early. After being turned away by Costco, I made my way to Walmart, one of the only places still open. Although I did not have an appointment, I explained the urgency of my situation and how important it was for my family to be on the road by 6:00 AM the next morning. That's when I met Ruben. Around 7:00 PM, Ruben took the time to help me, patching my tire and ensuring my vehicle was safe for the trip. He went above and beyond what I would expect from any employee. He showed genuine care, urgency, and professionalism not because he had to, but because he wanted to help. I even offered him a gratuity, which he kindly declined. He simply helped because I was a father trying to take his family on an important trip. Because of Ruben, my family was able to make that drive safely and enjoy a truly special weekend celebrating my daughter's first birthday. It meant everything to us. Ruben is an outstanding individual and a true example of what great customer service looks like. Experiences like this are rare, and they are exactly why we continue to shop at Walmart. Please take the time to recognize him he absolutely deserves it. Thank you again for prioritizing my family when it mattered most.

Even with the continuous calls and the messages, no one has replied on regards to my purchased item, I had to resort to notifying the BBB to resolve this issue and in response to that, they replied to the BBB that they spoke to someone with bad english who told them to put my item on hold and that someone pick it up for us. I never spoke to anyone regards to picking up my purchased item, and this is insulting to me because I am an American, born in California and only speaking English. Think twice about dealing with this company and if you live near there mention to them that I am still waiting for my part or my money back.
