Craig (I believe was his name) was the first gentleman to greet and assist me. I told him my car make and model and that I needed to replace my battery since I hit my 3-year mark on it and he instantly let me know it would cost $105 (which included installation by the way; what a good deal)! Not only that, he and Juan got started on it right away and it only took about 10 minutes to get it replaced! By the end of it, I had to pay with two cards and Craig kindly only charged me a total of $103.90, I had to give them a 5 star review! They quickly sorted through everything, recorded each watch by manufacturer on a bill of receipt, and quoted me a flat $15 per watch. When I came back, expecting to pay around $150 plus tax, they surprised me by saying they were replacing the batteries in two of the watches at no charge. No explanation, just a genuinely nice gesture that definitely earned my future business. I ended up paying about $123 out the door for all 10 watches, which works out to an average of just $12.30 per battery. Friendly, fast, honest, and efficient. I'll definitely be back the next time my watches need servicing.

this company does not deserve a star…read more do not order from here!!! the first time i called here to place an order, the lady that answered the phone was very rude. i simply asked their location so i would know if i should pick up my product or have it delivered. she was refusing to tell me what city they were in and demanded that i tell her who i am. when i finally placed my order, i had requested that they send me and email confirmation with and invoice/receipt of my purchase. it has been 3 days and i have not received my product or my email. i called them this morning to see if they can send the email (maybe the wrote my email wrong) and they completely refused to send me and email with confirmation of my order. david kept telling me "i send it in the box, you should be getting it today." i work for a company, i need to process with my accounting as the order is placed. i highly do not recommend this company to anyone. the staff is unprofessional and does not know how to work with the public.
