I got so lucky to stumble upon a shop in my hometown that had my size AND a sale price as well. When I called, the guy was nice enough to keep it on hold for me so that I can come on a day where my work schedule isn't crazy. I wish I got your name. It was honestly one of my most mentally exhausting and frustrating weeks, and I guess I was trying to find something I wanted so that I could treat myself and have something to look forward to. To be honest I was ready to pay full price for how much I wanted this board. I know CBS doesn't sell online and I am grateful I had somewhere to go where online shoppers weren't a competition. I bought my first shark wheel electric board on kickstarter. The second I bought from their…read morewebsite. My original board was still kicking until recently. The newer board battery deteriorated quickly (lasts about 15-20 minutes) making me suspect they chose a more economical route for manufacturing. I now have 2 board that don't work. I ordered 2 replacement controllers that don't sync. I have been in correspondence with the one person that works there for over a month now. She sends me videos and asks me to ship the boards from Hawaii to New Jersey, on my dime, so they can look at it. Zero tech support. I have asked them to call me and sent videos. Long story short. The boards were amazing to start but don't last very long. I bought the first one in 2020 and the second one 18 months later. The newer one didn't even last 2 years. The remote just stopped working. After trying to sync new remotes they glitch out and unsync while you ride it. They are dangerous. I have exhausted all my resources and all I can say is that I'm bummed. I spent about $1500 (2 boards) on what I thought was a very good product. The wheels are great... the rest is junk. And I just spent $80 bucks on remotes that don't work and no customer support. Sorry Rikka, you guys need to do a lot better for your customers.

No email after a week, so I emailed to ask the status and was told the main extra (shock absorber post) was being shipped there and would arrive within a week, and asked me to pick it up and bring it back in when the part arrived. I wrote back that I don't drive unless I have to (medical), have never ridden an e-bike so would be transporting it home to learn to ride it, and so asked him to store it until the part was in and it was a full build. Scott accommodated, and I got a fully built PERFECT bike for me yesterday. Scott helped me load it into my SUV (a tight fit, so grateful for his help) and I shook his hand. Got it home, unloaded it, and am more than excited to learn a new healthy habit. Thank you, Scott!
