She was super professional and great communicating everything from getting the referral from our family dentist to scheduling the appointment and covering the bases on cost. We don't have dental insurance and planned to pay out of pocket. He charged $1,600 to insurance and took $300 from me, only to reopen and refill the same root, not perform a full retreatment. The pain after numbing was unbearable, and the office lied multiple times about their hours and failed to send a promised antibiotic prescription--putting my health and my patients at risk. Staff were disrespectful and unprofessional. The assistant addressed me in a degrading way and tossed my appointment card. When I finally went to a dental emergency clinic, they extracted the tooth properly for an additional $950. This clinic cares more about billing insurance than patient well-being. Poor care, lies, and dismissiveness made this the worst dental experience of my life. I'm filing formal complaints and urge others to avoid this place.

When the environment is well done, and the attention to detail is clear, my fears were gone. I knew that this was a place where people knew what they were doing. The soft music, the headsets that were programmed to my own liking, the smiling and soft spoken knowledgeable staff put me at ease and kept me at ease. I ageed and she verified my insurance. Then 2 days before the appointment some one else calls me from there to tell me that my insurance would not cover the Premier dentist. The tooth then got infected. I went into the office,on a Thursday, he looked at it for 30 seconds said "I'm not even gonna touch that, you need to see an endodontist." Gave me antibiotics. The lady at the front desk signed the prescription. And she mentioned to the hygienist that my insurance "wrote off" the cost of my crown. Yet I had already paid $800 for it. The endodontist he recommended, Dr shugars has terrible reviews so I was too scared to go there. I called every endodontist I could find trying to get in as soon as possible. With no luck until the following week . I called Dr brayton back Monday morning telling them the antibiotics weren't helping and asking for them to send my referral to a few more offices hoping get in asap. They didn't call me back for 3 days. I found an endodontist an hour away that got me in on Thursday and told me the tooth was already dead and that I had bone loss. The endodontist was amazing but he did say I could lose this tooth now sooner than I'd like. It also cost me another $1,200 for the root canal.I cannot believe that I almost lost this tooth due to how bad the infection was. Dr brayton and his front desk lady Michelle did not care whatsoever. She was always rude on the phone as well. I will never go back there again. I'm out $2,000, and almost lost the tooth. Save your self the trouble and go somewhere else
