The chicken was dry, the greens were dry, hell the bun was dry. For $15 (and no side!) this was a slap in the face to all the great chicken sandwiches out there. There's a chance they forgot the ranch dressing. If they didn't they were just very stingy with it. The bun kept tearing apart as I ate. It was just a really disappointing eating experience. Next time I'll walk over next door instead to grab a bite. I say all the above in hopes of them reflecting on the current menu and hopefully making improvements. I understand pricing is insane right now, but you still have to execute and deliver. However, we have since decided to use a different company for our PM and espresso machine repair. Moses was diagnosing our machine and broke the gasket near the bottom of the water reserve and refused to repair it stating "it was old and ready to break." That's fine but he then tried to recommend one of his refurbished machines to replace it. The next time he was out, we had installed a new machine and he refused to service it because he was upset that we did not purchase the machine from him. Overall, very unprofessional and questionable grey market business tactics. As stated earlier, Moses is fine for most issues but I'd rather not support anyone who cannot meet even the most basic business etiquette.
