Had an amazing opportunity to try Astro at a Yelp event and I was blown away. The syrups were made in house, it was chef's kiss for sure. Not too sweet. We tried the Nova and the White Chocolate Eclipse. So nice to chat up Steven on his come up and about his business w his fiancé Lisa. Such a creative latte foam art, and beautifully crafted beverage options. Most importantly, just about everything is sourced locally, where possible. Longmont dairy...etc. If you see them around, like in front of the REI flagship store, definitely hit them up for a tasty beverage! Came to our office at 7am as a company appreciation gesture from our CEO and President! Even though early in the morning, the people working, I had such a great attitude. Had great options for breakfast burritos sausage, vegetarian, vegan and quite a few pastry options as well. The truck was clean and everything came out very quickly. Endless amounts of coffee options, something for everybody!! Plus they give out these cute little stickers which everyone put on their water bottles, and helmets. Super impressed thank you again :)! Astro Coffee catered our Yelp Elite event at REI last Wednesday. I'd never had their cup of Joe before and man, what a great cup of Joe it is. Truly they have some of the best coffee I've had around Denver and surrounding areas. That's not just talk, it's really good coffee. I also had some kind of refreshing fruitier drink with blueberry and some other kind of fruit I can't remember haha. It was very good. They can add caffeine to this as well for those that want it. The gentlemen working behind the "counter" was super nice, very quick as he had quite the line of us going but was knocking it out customer after customer. I'll definitely be looking for these guys in the future, maybe take a trip to Golden. You have to try this place out. Take my word for it. read more

Love the coffee van but the event we were at had the coffee stand. Unfortunately the coffee stand can't make their awesome frozen drinks. But I tried the Irish coffee for the first time. It was really good. I definitely think this place has the some of the best coffee in Colorado. Service is always good and friendly. read more

I'm sure their coffee itself is good, I'll maybe try that next time, but i got their iced matcha latte with lavender syrup and it was terrible. way too much matcha powder so the drink is gritty, absolutely no lavender syrup taste despite lavender being a strong flavor (and having 'lav' written on the cup), and it seems they used way too much water, so this is more a matcha tea with some milk rather than a matcha latte. I hope they can improve their matcha latte recipe because the price was super great. Get their coffee, not their matcha. read more

The person who I assuming might be the owner was such a cool and nice guy right off the bat so it was a really chil vibe. I came here a while back so forgive me if I forget my exact order but this is just what you want when you wake up tired and you just need a damn balanced coffee: Convenience, energy and friendly vibes First off this is my first time trying coffee out of a truck so cross that one off the bucket list. While I don't remember what drink I ordered I do remember I needed a solid pick me up that didn't feel like I was mainlining pumpkin spice through my veins. This did the trick. I ordered when they were in the bonfire burritos parking lot so while I was waiting for my order I got to look out onto the mountains and talk about my weekend plans with the guy working there (very sorry I forgot his name too).
