Luis is a crook. He has had my car for over 2 months. He was paid to replace a bumper and he was trying to put the same fender which is broken on my vehicle. My Kia soul was vandalized in my apartment complex parking lot. I have $1,000 deductible which was a daunting thought. I had heard of you repair centers that had your deductible for you but I had never used them. Astro was one of the first that I came to in my Google search. They did such a great job they kept me informed or very kind and never annoyed when I called they picked it up from my apartment complex space number 10 and crazy enough when it was complete they delivered it back to space number 10 never heard of such and my deductible was taken care of I highly recommend them and will definitely be back if needed. read more

DON'T GET YOUR CAR TOWED HERE! This place scammed me out of $320 and is the epitome of how tow truck drivers scam you! I live in Miami & buy salvage cars around the states to feed my family so when you screw me over, you're screwing over young children too. Unfortunately, this car didn't have any keys. I found Astro Towing on Craigslist like I normally do & hired them to pick the car up from IAAI then take it the VW dealership 10 miles away. That cost me $120. VW dealership said the car battery was too dead for them to rekey it so Astro Towing recommended Astro Collision Center to rekey it & fix it. FAIL. I gave them the benefit of doubt because my mechanic was finishing up my Camaro project. They didn't send me a receipt for the initial $120 tow and never sent me an estimate! They charged me $150 for a month of storage and another $50 to load it on the trailer. It's now @ my master mechanic's shop in Dallas. My vehicle has been in this shop for over a month. He was paid by my insurance company but now is not returning my calls or answering the phone ever. Before he stopped taking my calls he continually told me my vehicle would be ready on a specific date then comes back to say we are waiting on additional parts. He refuses to give me a finish date or time. Have even been told it would be ready spent all day trying to call with no response - Ubered to this location after work only to see the shop was closed. I have spent over $600 on Uber back and forth to work alone. I can no longer afford to get to work and he is still not returning my calls. I will be calling the police to come to this location to retrieve my property and taking him to court to get my money back. I have also called the news station to see if they will do a report on this guy as he should not be in business and should not be allowed to do this to people who are already in a difficult position. This company has tow trucks also they advertise on Craigslist! I called spoke with somebody and said truck would be there in 30 min I waited for hours the driver called me asking me what rate I negotiated with his dispatch and we're I was taking the truck to. I replied with a text and then he went ghost sending me to voicemail several times then texted him and no response so hours later no one still showed called dispatch number and they send me to voicemail what a joke of a company I'm not sure how they stay in business if you need a tow call some one else! read more
