Tammy, the owner, is truly amazing--professional, warm, attentive, and someone who genuinely cares about every client who walks through the door. The salon is always spotless, organized, and welcoming, which gives me peace of mind every visit. One of the things I appreciate most is how consistent the technicians are--the quality of service is always excellent, and everyone is skilled, friendly, and detail-oriented. It's hard to find a business that maintains such high standards year after year, and Tammy has done exactly that. Got our nails done a week ago but we both had a nail chips. We just eat Thai food from next door . It just worked out perfect !. We should just go and fix our nails now .. ok . It was perfect ! I have officially found my new nail spot! I called and made an appt with Tammy, she is appointment only. Came in and was greeted right away. Had the pedicure chair waiting for me. Lani did my pedicure. It was AMAZING! She was very thorough and took her time which Lani was very friendly and made me feel comfortable for my 1st time. I really appreciate. I really enjoyed my pedicure. Tammy did my nails. Almond shaped nude ombré and I am very vary happy with the shape and outcome. She as well is very meticulous and took her time. First time trying this place. Came in early, was helped and seated right away. Don did an acrylic fill for me with cat eye polish. Absolutely loved that he didn't shave my existing acrylic too much. I was a bit indecisive on color but he was patient. Overall happy with the results, price was less than I pay at usual spot I go to. Next will be trying gel pedi for final review read more

Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. The workers will probably be talking about you in front of your face if you don't like how they do their work. See below for a horror nail experience that no one should have to experience. From what she told me, I will definitely make sure that her and her other friends go to a different place. Workers were very unprofessional, and VERY PREJUDICED. The workers were very hasty, put on multiple coats while coats were still wet, and did not listen to the needs of the customer AT ALL. THE WORST PART WAS THE VERY RUDE LANGUAGE THE WORKERS HAD IN FRONT OF A CUSTOMER. I thought this was something that was only in movies, but I can not make this up. My mother is full Vietnamese and is able to understand Vietnamese FLUENTLY. My mother made a comment how the coat the worker had just put on was still wet, and the worker ignored her and put on another layer of coating on her nail. While the worker put on the newest coat, she starts talking in Vietnamese to another worker who passed by, and tells her (as quoted by my mom) "Can you believe this lady is telling me how to do my job?" The worst part is that the workers expect you to tip generously, and if you don't their attitude becomes even worse. Workers here are so disrespectful, especially to fellow Vietnamese people, which is the most heartbreaking part. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. So many better nail places in the area that have REAL nail techs that won't talk about you to your face. read more

Highly recommend NOT going here. -they do an extremely hard sell and pressure you to get things you don't want. I brought my friend here a few days after her dad died to give her some pampering. They knew I was paying for her and kept giving her treatments without asking and even gave me a huge bill at the end. She didn't consent to all of the treatments!! They pushed and pushed for me to do treatments I normally don't do until I said yes. I ended up with gel toenails that I've never needed because they pushed so hard. In the end the bill for my friend and I was $400 including tip! We went in for mani/ pedis! - They put a huge amount of pressure on the tip. They brought it up ten times, when most places never bring it up. There was a lot of pressure to focus on the tip. - The quality isn't even superior after all of that. My gel nail fell off 8 days later, which has NEVER happened anywhere else. The sides of my two thumbs have been sore since going. Overall, save your money, go somewhere without the hard sell and better quality. read more

Great first time experience at this salon, they took me in right away and prices are affordable compared to other nail salons. I opted for a colorful gel manicure and Lani took her time with cleaning my cuticles, shaping my nails exactly how I wanted, and putting on 3 coats of 5 different colors (plus the UV light in between). It took some time so I appreciated her patience and being detail oriented and not rushing it. I love how it turned out! Lani was so sweet. read more

Was looking to get my nails done the night before thanks giving and most places were closing but i saw their open sign and ran in, they were about to close but still took me and did my nails which was very kind of them. i was so happy with my nails, they looked amazing but within the week 3 nails fell clean so i went back and they put them back on since i still had the nails with me and they didn't charge in conclusion i probably won't be coming back but the ladies working here are very sweet and kind. read more

TERRIBLE- schedule an appointment 8-4-21 these are my real natural nails no acrylic and still payed same price for when i did have acrylics $65. I always get this design gives more natural but still painted look and my appointment THEY scheduled was near close. The girl was rushing, she knee paint was still wet and still put coat over them read more

I called this nail salon last minute at 6:15pm (they usually close at 7) asking for a gel x manicure. To my surprise, they said come on in and I'm so happy with how my nails came out. Another technician who was working on someone else's nails was talking on her phone the whole time which I found to be unprofessional. My mani pedi was basic and with regular polish was $55 which was kinda pricey. I paid with Zelle to avoid the 4% fee they charge if you use a credit card. Although my technicians were friendly, I wouldn't return. I wanted my nails done for my wedding and if you don't look too closely, my nails look fine.

To make matters worse, the service felt rushed. My pedicure was incomplete, and I never received the foot massage that is normally part of the experience. After spending extra time correcting mistakes, I was quickly sent on my way. I have been a customer for some time, which made this experience especially frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better service and attention to detail.

I was ultimately still charged $10 extra for the design. Now, exactly one week later, one of the nails has snapped completely across. I only come to this area on the weekends and live about an hour and a half away, so I now have to go through my entire work week with a broken nail before I can even get it fixed. I really wanted to like this set because I loved the inspiration photo, but between the thin acrylic, the execution of the design, the additional design charge, and having a nail break after only one week, I'm disappointed with the overall quality of the service.

I love this place. The gel polishes I get never chip even after 3 weeks, and it's always painted on so beautifully. They also have a good selection of polishes varying from cat eye and chrome.
