I went to drop off my phone for my trade-in, the power was out, however Ronald still helped me and was very accommodating!

I've gone here twice within the past month and every time i would go the girl would be no help. She's always there in the afternoon and i waited 30 mins because there only one employee working. She's always talked to the guys for over 30mins and when i asked for help after she said she couldn't help me. They need to hire someone more helpful. read more

This AT&T store has two stars probably for a good reason. The company AT&T should provide better customer service better service even to their employees so that they could be happy on the fifth day of the new year to come to work. I'm sure their selection is good but they don't value their workers and they don't value their customers because if they valued their customers, they would have good workers or at least take care of their workers so they can serve the customer but it doesn't seem like that that's happening here read more

If I could give a 0 star I would. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I opened my account at the end of May and am still fighting with them to get a rebate card for Transferring over from T-Mobile (which was a big mistake). To date I have not been able to speak to a supervisor or anyone that can get this fixed. All I get is "we can't do anything about it". I could go into more detail, but I'm just tired of this BS. This is the BEST AT&T store!!! The store is well run and EVERYONE is so helpful, friendly, and professional. I have to give a personal shout out to Jefferson. I had a terrible experience at another AT&T store. Jefferson cheerfully and thoroughly set up my new iPhone even though he was not the sales person to sell me the phone. Manager lied about us being able to get the phone. Stated they were out of stock and made us wait two hours for them to magically find the phones we wanted. Wanted us to pay the phones out of pocket and they would credit us the cost of the phone of three years since we are paying out of pocket to get them. Never had an issue before coming here. If you want to be lied to and waste your time come talk to the store manager and the sales reps. read more

As I came into the store, an older gentleman came in before I did, he needed help reseting his password, the employees did not even get up from their chairs !! They told him "no!, we don't do that" and argued with him about him having to go to an apple store... even though he had said that he had an android device FROM THEM!!! Okay... my turn! I was at the store last night, they said they could not take my phone because it was past 30 days since I traded... but I called the company and they said "no problem!" Bring it in!!! So I brought it in, and now they could not take it because I did not buy the phone there!!! Man!! It's not like I want to get something from them! I want to turn in my old phone! I tried upgrading my phone. In the process, they want me to pay the 17 bucks per month phone protection for 3 months. It is mandatory according to the staff at the store. I went to another store and do the same thing but I was not force to pay for it. It is not mandatory and even the website has an option to skip the protection. When I left the store, she did not even stop me. She wants to rip me off.. prior to this experience another lady put charges on my account without my consent. I have to dispute those charges on the phone. THEY ARE BASICALLY FORCING CUSTOMERS TO PAY EXTRA CHARGES TO SOMEHOW GET A COMMISION. BEWARE!! read more

Horrible experience Had 1 employee working I walked in with concern to trade in my phone the dude told me to wait . Other people walked in after me to just pay " bill " he helped them out first because there bill payment is a " quick " process. took way longer than expected for the dude. I was sitting there for about 40 min and he did the same thing again with another customer that wanted to activate there phone and helped them out again before me because it was a " quick process " and buried himself with work and couldn't get to me because the store was closing The point is Train these people to help the customers in the order they came in no matter what they need help with Ridiculous 1/24/2022 6:30pm read more

My mom and I went into the AT&T store in mission hills and we were helped by Jessica . Jessica was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. She was very patient with us along with all the other customers that came in and called while we were there. I would highly recommend this location. read more

I went to The AT&T Store in Mission Hills on 5/20/2023 and I barely entered the store and the there was only one Representative there and she was the Most Rude I asked a question about the prepaid plan if I bought the phone and she said I was very snappy and said I was asking too many questions. If this is what Customer Service looks like I rather by another phone a T-Mobile and a customer came in and she helped that person instead. Racist at this store. read more

Been a loyal customer with AT&T for well over 20 years and my service was cut off when they promised me they would waive my $495 deductible on both I Phones. They were not willing to work with me and or help me in my time of need. I was forced to pay $688.58 to get it turned back on as a result of my deductible and my monthly both combined they had actually communicated to me they would waive my deductible on both phones and I was put in a very tuff situation when there was no paper trail of the promise to be waived yet only verbal. Not to mention unknown extra charges and fees that I had to pay!!! They didn't even give a chance to get an extension for payment. They didn't even give me the chance to go pre-paid they kept lying giving me the run around so I decided to pay everything to continue to keep my cell number and get both phones unlocked and go with another carrier. Long story short having paid for insurance on both my phones still cost me an arm and a leg that's why my service was cut off they got me good. Bye AT&T you lost a loyal customer. Status update aka next day 04/30/22 I switched to T-Mobile and got both my phones activated all I pay is $90 unlimited everything including paying the taxes of a new Galaxy phone for $26 and I now have that phone and service for free!!!!!!
