We've come to this mall kiosk for phone repairs for the last several years. The guy running it is super helpful, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He has always helped us with every phone problem that we've had... Plus he has provided us with resources for other tech issues. His work is thorough and meticulous. Even when there are a few people in his kiosk, the wait is never very long. He's also even helped us when we've called him on the phone to ask questions. Really nice guy. Bless The Phone Clinic! Murphy's Law happened last night and I am heading to NYC and London 3 days later. I went to charge my phone and it said something like "Eject charger immediately. Moisture alert." I tried blowdrying the phone as well as the charger and instead of that alert, another warning came up. I waited overnight and the same warning. I knew the Samsung store was not only far, they would want to send my phone for repairs and would be costly. I took a chance and popped by The Phone Clinic. 20 minutes later the problem was resolved - he believed there was something corrosive in the port, squirted something in and let it dry - and for $35 I have a working phone. Very unhappy, it took a week to get the screen repaired. When my wife picked up the phone the screen looked like it wasn't right. It has a black border around the screen. Like if the screen doesn't fit that phone. Buyer beware read more

I got my tablet fixed a few months ago and I just found out it broke. I had a screen protector on for it and it had a few cracks so I took it off to put a new one and the actual screen was broken too. I never throw it on a hard surface for it to break like concrete or wood. today my brother accidentally hit it with a cheap plastic water bottle and it broke so fast and bad from the corner. Also when I got it back it wasn't glued properly a corner of the screen would lift (same corner it broke) if I pressed down on the other side. personally I wouldn't recommend this for tablets for me it felt like the tablet screen was cheap. read more

The technician Al was absolutely amazing! He was able to diagnose that my low call volume was due to water getting on the speaker. My mute switch would also not stay in mute mode. The Apple Store previously told me that it was damaged. Al cleaned out some dirt around the button. Problem solved! The repair and cleaning took less then 5 minutes. The battery in my iPhone 4 was getting long in the tooth, so I called around and got the typical quotes that cost more than the phone was worth (Radio Shack wanted $50, and the tech wasn't coming in until the afternoon)! Best part is I could watch him do the job, since the repair bench is visible. Al is friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced (he used to work at the Northridge mall doing cell phone repairs). Ali was really great and assured me he could fix my badly damaged iphone 8 plus. My front screen was cracked so bad it was glitching and unavailable due to incorrect password attempts from the damage. Back glass was shattered and camera was sticking out. I went to a couple other places and they basically said it's not repairable and handed it back to me with a "good luck". Once my phone was fixed, the screen was stuck on about 6-7 hours of unavailable. Responsive and friendly. Cracked iPhone was fixed in about 15-20 mins. Reasonable cost. Only thing I noticed was the colors on my iPhone were slightly more dull and less bright. Wish I had noticed before taking it home, it was too bright and sunny out to notice the difference. Not sure if it's because it was dropped or what exactly but other than that it works fine, everything on your phone is the same and screen looks new again. read more

So glad I came here. Got my old warped overcharged iphone 5s battery replaced in 30 minutes for the lowest price in town. Cash only. Note: Do Not leave your iphone plugged in overnight! Do not leave it plugged in all the time in the car. Charge it to full, then use it. When it gets low, charge it. Its not my first time at the Phone Clinic and probably not my last. Great fast service. (and the cheapest around) I cracked my Samsung Galaxy lcd and all they had it repaired for me in an hr! They gave me an estimated wait of 3 days for parts to come in but called me the next day. Bought an iphone6 from these guys for $250 in late May 2018. Had so many problems with it and today it completely died. I'll go back tomorrow and hopefully get it repaired.
