The staff is knowledgeable and familiar with the products and services, and very pleasant to work with. During slow times, they might only have a single employee working, which can lead to fairly long lines, but even with 4-6 people waiting, the wait is still shorter than at some of the larger stores in the area. They do not have a repair facility on site, so if your phone needs repair rather than a complete replacement, you'll be sent somewhere else unless it's something particularly simple. That said, they can determine when a phone should simply be replaced, so if you're pretty sure it's not repairable, they'll be happy to help out. They have a limited number of accessories, but they stock for the most popular and newest phones. What I like best about t his Sprint store is that everyone tends to be really friendly. The staff, certainly, and I expect that, but also the customers. I think that the efficiency of the store lends itself to a more positive experience, even for people who might have to wait for a little while. Shared conversations and jokes help to make the time pass quickly.

While it wasn't exactly cheap, they restored all of the files on the USB drive including the ones I had lost on my computer. That was great. Also, last year our computer was acting up and running slow so I brought it here. They did a scan of the hard drives and reformatted parts of the storage so that we had more free space (so our computer wouldn't crash every time we needed to do something) and removed some programs we didn't need (after consulting with us first). Rep stated it was an easy fix and he could get me the same deal as the one I purchased online. he ended up increasing my bill by $70. when I saw that I decided just to return the devices and cancel the service the rep stated due to their not being a manger there they would have to charge me a $50 restocking for the the 3 unopened devices. after completing being fed up with the situation I just agreed to pay the fees. once agreeing the rep went back on his prior statement and said I actually could not return the devices at all due to there not being a manager there. the reps name was GAVIN. he has a condescending attitude while giving out incorrect information. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS or else you will end up paying more money.

Th e staff at this location really do their best to resolve, activate, correct, and resolve as much as possible, very accurately. I made it very clear to the clerk that I lived in Albany, wanted the phone fixed that evening, or I would have to go somewhere else. He charged me in advance, took all my personal information to gain access to my phone, told me to come back in an hour and a half, and when I did, told me he did not have the part, couldn't fix it, but had an awesome deal involving swapping my phone for a replacement that he assured me was much better. I refused, he pushed and said I was missing out on an awesome deal, refunded the money on my credit card, and I left. The next day I discovered that he had not even refunded the money correctly and had to make a 20 minute call to the credit card company to get compensated for the cost of tax that he had apparently planned to keep. BAH! Terrible experience. Next day I went to the i fixit in Colonie Center. No payment in advance, professional service, checked to make sure he had parts in advance, charged about 50$ less than the guy in Oneida had charged, and fixed it smoothly and quickly.
