I've visited this store multiple times when it was Sprint. I came in Saturday afternoon to be…read morehelped regarding my account and to purchase a new device. They were quite busy, as is to be expected on a Saturday. However I had researched plenty and even called the Customer Service line (which is a regional product & help center in OKC), so I knew coming to the storefront would provide better options for the device I was wanting to purchase. I gave them my name in the Queue and they said since it would be more than an hour, they would call or text me when it was my turn. I was fine with that. I never heard from them. Nothing. Nada. No text or call. I tried calling their store on Saturday but no one answered (I'm assuming because they were so busy)! Well, I called them Tuesday during the workday. The man Andrew answered and helped me by answering my questions, and telling me their in-store promotions. He told me he couldn't guarantee if they stocked the device I was wanting so he'd check in the back and I just needed to call back in 10 mins. I did. I waited even longer but he let me know they had the device! I was excited! I told him I'd be in this evening, and could he put my name in the Queue? He asked my name. We hung up after I told him I'd see them soon. I rolled up to the store 45 minutes later. I waited a good 10 minutes before they came to greet me, because they were busy (there were 3 representatives and about 8 or 9 total customers, because I counted). The T-Mobile representative Javier came up to me with the iPad. I recognized him as the one who helped me on Saturday. He asked my name and I explained me coming on Saturday, never being contacted back, and my conversation today with Andrew. He apologized that they didn't get back to me on Saturday and told me he'd put me in the Queue this evening. He was very clear to show me the 62 minute wait, because of the long list of folks ahead of me. It seemed as if he wanted to dissuade my decision to stay. I told him I wanted to get the device tonight, and didn't want to leave because if they didn't call or text me Saturday then I didn't know if they'd actually text/call me this evening. I stayed and the wait turned out to be much shorter. Seems like all the customers in the Queue is an illusion because every time they'd call their name, the customers weren't in the store. I did hear them call two customers and ask if they wanted to be helped. Needless to say, I was helped in store within 30 minutes-- not 62 minutes. I'm thankful I was patient because I was really wanting a specific device. The customer service is lacking at this store, when it comes to wait times. (I only wish the old Queue system worked where Sprint could let you sign-up online and they actually text you when it's your turn!) The representatives here are helpful, when you have their undivided attention. My appointment turned around because I was helped efficiently and out of the store in 55 minutes tops! I was smiling big by the time I left!

It's difficult for me, in good conscience, to rate this locally owned T-Mobile with high ratings…read morewhen the management does not perform the way they promise. I went in almost 3 weeks ago (02/02/23) to purchase a new phone. I simply wanted to keep my current, by paying it off, and buy a new one. Or I at least wanted to price that out. Because I was still with Sprint, they acted as though pricing would be difficult to figure out. I learned the hard way: reach out to T Mobile corporately for any billing information. This local shop tried to sell me an additional line so that I could get a free phone (as part of their BOGO deal). I was told by Zack that the pricing wouldn't change. I was told my bill wouldn't change. Ahhhh phooey...that was simply not the case. My bill escalated $80 more/mos (from $101 to $178) I believe. It was absurd. I returned that second phone and second line to alleviate my monthly bill. Upon returning it, within 14 days from 02/02, the manager didn't have anything to appease me or keep me satisfied a customer. I was strongly disappointed. The bill wasn't what they promised and they didn't try to help me any further. Thankfully I've reached out to Corporate who is helping me. I'd steer clear of this place if you're a T-Mobile customer. *Also, after being in that store 2 different times for a total of 3-4 hours, there are some deficits in customer service with their staff. I saw some pretty disappointed customers while I was in there, whether they were there to pay a monthly bill or there to possibly get a new phone. I saw several walk out unhelped and highly disappointed in the service, or lack thereof, that they received!

After finding out I had to get the account authorization to change it, i went home. Found out I still had the demo card in my phone, so I didn't even have the right number. Came in about 45 minutes late with the account updated that I had authorization. The guy helping me BROKE MY PHONE CASE. I have, well had, a charging phone case and while taking it out of the case (which I offered to do) the store guy broke the charging insert off. After a while he changed my sim and gave me my phone back. Said "well it still works as a case I guess." So overall problem solved but also not helpful. I just can't believe he broke my case and then acted like it was nothing. Definitely not going back to this location.
