The general service is poor. I purchased a new iPhone 16 online for pickup in the store. I went…read moreahead and paid the full amount on the phone ($999 plus tax and fees) outright. My stepson is a student at Auburn and it was for him. I set him as an account manager with authority to pick up the phone. When he arrives the next day (after I had received the message it was ready to pick up), they had the phone but tried to charge him again for the phone. I sent the receipt to him to show the agent it was paid for. They still would not release the phone without payment. The agent said to wait for the manager later that day. I called Verizon customer service and they tried to call the store to find out what was wrong. Nobody would pick up the phone at the store (we found out why later on and it was not due to being busy). Later that day, I got a message saying the phone was picked up. However, when I checked with my son, he had not picked up the phone. I called customer service again and spent an hour on the phone. The online customer service people were inept as well and could not figure out what the problem was. So, at this time, they have my $1k+ and I have no phone. My son made his way to the store after that hour and passed his current phone to the agent so I may speak to them. Here is what I was told: 1) the manager would not be in today and that was known. 2) there is not a phone in the store!! WTF??? So all those "calls" to the store were funneled to a number nobody will see. Cameron (the latest agent at the store) is the one bright spot in this horrific deal. He tried for over an hour to manually release the phone to my son. However, Verizon would not allow it. So, we are still at the point of Verizon having my $$$ and no phone for my son. I am told the best thing to do is cancel the order to get the refund and not to have in-store pickup. But wait... there's more!!! I call customer service again. I get passed around from person to person. All I want is the phone order cancelled. I get the runaround for over an hour being told they cannot cancel the order and only the manager can do that at the store. They offer to give me the direct phone number to the store (remember, the one that nobody will answer). I filled them in on that little secret and they acted surprised. After an hour, I asked to speak to a supervisor. At that time, they decided to disconnect the call. Better yet, it was now "after hours" and they refuse to return the call. So, I sit here telling you this because the first person at the Auburn location was either unable or unwilling to do their job. It was known the manager was not going to be in but she tells my son to "come back later today when the manager is in". Do not go to this location. I am also in the market for a better cell provider. A barrel of monkeys could perform better.

Received the wrong size phone from AT&T, was informed that I could take it into an AT&T store and…read moreexchange it without it being opened. Made the trip, over 30 minutes away, to find out they were unable to accommodate, not being a corporate AT&T store. That's fine, where I have a big issue is that the manager was completely dismiss myself and play go back home and left the representative (who is trying to help and trying to figure out a way to make it work) standing there and condescendingly tells her quietly "nah, I'm good. You got this. I already told you the deal", then leaves while smirking(I'm guessing at how she's simply not going to make progress) As a customer, this is extremely aggravating and annoying, because he's wasting her time and my time. I appreciate the fact that she tries really hard, and my advice to her would be "maybe he has some technical knowledge for you to learn, but definitely don't pick up his people skills". It takes a lot for me to write a negative review, I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. This manager was just unprofessional and was more interested in flexing his power and teaching her a lesson and actually trying to help the consumer.

Husband and I came in to return their equipment and cancel our service that we've had terrible time…read morewith for the last two years. There was one person at the kiosk and someone helping a couple in the front with their phones. We got called to come forward to the second kiosk and the person was not happy looking. We asked if we could return their stuff since we moved and drove down just to do that. She informed us in a rude unfriendly tone that we couldn't return our stuff there but to drop it off at UPS up the road. The UPS person told us they get the equipment when the store doesn't feel like dealing with it. Also the cancellation had to be over the phone to customer service in which we were informed a while back when we returned a modem, we could do that when we want to cancel in the future. I guess it changed... I have had Xfinity twice in different states and they always made it easy for us with a smile no matter if we were starting or canceling with them. We were stuck with Spectrum due to our apartment complex. If anyone is wanting to go with Spectrum, beware the multiple freezes, the outages and the confusing customer service. Online and phone customer service has been friendly and helpful so far but internet overall isn't great. I would not advise going to the store in Tiger Town.

Phone call w/tmobile cust serv says I will be paying FULL bill this month and credit will start in 1-2 months. Every thing is 1-2 months - Are we not automated, have computers? Why does what is advertised in store as sale actually take 1-2 months? Currently I'm not pleased. Changed to tmobile as I was told good cust serv vs verizon. We were told that she probably activated the esim - well she would not know how to do that. Phone showed primary and secondary phone nr (both the same). When trying to fix per store it wiped out her plan. He said that with the Esim that a physical sim should be installed. So two different stores on 2 different set up pages????

While repairing my iphone screen they mentioned my battery was swollen a bit so they gave me a discount on a battery replacement too! I was in and out in 30th minutes. Highly recommend!
