I have a recalled Note 7 and called this store for info today; 9/23/2016 @ 4:34 pm CST. I was treated so rudely I couldn't believe it. The man/boy on the phone acted as if I was annoying him because I had so many questions about some things that I did not understand about how to make an exchange. He eventually just hung up on me...that's right, hung up on me. I did not swear, curse or be rude to him at all...just had questions that he thought took up too much of his time. I wish I never would have bought my phone from this store and will never go there again. They get 1 star because there is no way to give no star. read more

I've found that the staff here are very helpful and I don't hesitate to go there if I need anything. They will try to sell you other services such a U-Verse but aren't too pushy about it. The main thing is that they happily help you with whatever you need. read more

I had my two babies with me because I was desperate for an upgrade ASAP, so he put cartoons on the big screen while he transferred all my info over. Easy-peasy. I bought my new iPhone X just before noon on Saturday. Feeling excited, I went home to sync my new phone with iTunes to bring all my data over. After spending over two hours with tech-support trying to figure out why my iTunes would recognize my password even after resetting twice. I was then sent back to the store to get my old phone so they could sync it to the cloud and then put on my phone. Five hours later, I'm not excited at all about the new iPhone X. Switched back over to AT&T to join the IPhone craze and have enjoyed my IPhone more than I even thought I would and have only had to go into the store twice to pick each new phone. People were very nice. I went in to buy the newest Iphone. Spent about 20 minutes with the salesperson. Gave her my credit card. My bank then sent me an alert that my credit card was being used at the AT&T store. That stopped the transaction dead in its tracks. To make the purchase I would have to notify my bank that the transaction was authorized and then let the AT&T staffer do everything all over again. I'm impatient. I walked away instead. (Turns out a few months later I saved $75 buying my phone at Best Buy and there were no problems with my card at all!) read more

Last week I purchased an Iphone after having a samsung for years and after a couple of days had a few issues. This morning I walked into the 5033 W Highway 290, Ste 100 ATT storefront and was quickly greeted by the manager, subsequently a customer service rep Van assisted me with my issues. At first glance this seems like a good place. Sales reps SEEM helpful and knowledgable. They are in fact friendly. However what they tell you they did or can do rarely matches up with what actually happens when service comes on. 1) I was told there was no contract when I signed up. I specifically asked, and he said no. When the rep came out, they said there is always a contract. 2) I signed up for my card to be billed while I was in the store. 45 days later they tell me my account is past due. 3) I was told installation charges would be waived, but then they're on my bill. In the end I feel like I was told whatever they think I wanted to hear, just so they can sign me up and lock me in. To make matters worse, to straighten all of this out, you have to call the regular AT&T, and you get transferred 5 different times to people who don't know what they're doing much of the time. read more

After many years with AT&T, I'm finally having to change service providers, I guess. My bill was $150 a month when I was on a contract, high, but I had unlimited data. Got a new IPhone 6 a few months ago, and my bill has shot up to over $300! And with crappy Internet service! I figured I was using a lot of data at first putting apps and programs into the phone, but nope! It just continues to get worse. Constantly interrupted by text messages from AT&T advising I've used up that last gig of data and they're adding another gig for $15! When I was on the contract this never happened. We're loyal customers (I know that's meaningless these days) and have U-Verse, too. WTH?! read more

My husband just added a line for me through AT&T- I had decided to change over from Sprint. My new iPhone 8 came in and I took it into the store at 3:30pm today. My first sales rep was not in a great mood. The second, Koral, was really energetic and kept the conversation engaged as she was calling to get my new phone activated. After about 30 minutes, her manager (Jina) walks straight up to her, not acknowledging me and asks, "What's the problem?" It was very awkward and quite frankly, rude. She said my husband and I were going to have to get in touch with their Fraud Dept and I tried to explain that we'd been having difficulties with being on hold for hours at a time and no one being able to help us. She seemed very ruffled and cut me off saying they couldn't help us. Then said, "Thank you for your sarcasm." ??? My husband and I then called the Fraud dept (after being on hold for an hour, again) only to be told the AT&T rep was supposed to call them while we were in store. Jina, the store manager, told me that they do not call their Fraud dept because it's the customers responsibility to do so. I called the store again and mentioned what their Fraud dept said and they still disclosed its the customers responsibility to take care of the fraud flags. My husband and I spoke with 7 sales reps via phone thru the main AT&T # until 9:30pm- being transferred back and forth and then over to the Fraud dept with no avail. Well, I've had my new iPhone for several days now, already being billed for it and I can't get it activated or use it. If I could give zero stars I would. Yet even better a -5 stars. If you look at all the AT&T store reviews you'll notice that they all have about 2 1/2 stars. For most organizations this would be considered pretty pathetic. However for a corporation like this I guess it is about as best as you could hope. First of all, all of the representatives are using wireless tablets to conduct their business. This unto itself seems like a great idea. It gives the image of being convenient and modern. However there is one huge major flaw in this. Any representative will tell you they don't have good reception there. I have waisted countless hours of my life in this store waiting for their tablets to upload my account info. If I spend 2 hours speaking with a representative, which isn't uncommon, half that time is waiting for the tablet to process. Come on AT&T, seriously, get it together. This is like paying the most expensive plumber in town to come fix your clogged toilet but they can't figure out how to use the plunger. I work on trees for a living and since the storm last weekend I am super slammed. The screen on my business phone just stopped working and I couldn't use it at all. I needed the problem to be fixed immediately. I spent 2 1/2 hours at the store. 2 of those hours was with a representative and most of that time waiting for them to access information. Basically absolutely nothing got accomplished in that time. I paid my u-verse account on a credit card 2 days earlier but the wireless department hadn't received the information. Therefore they were unable to tell me anything about upgrades or what it would take to get a new phone. However it had already been processed on my credit card. If the different departments of AT&T could communicate amungst themselves half as fast as they can with my credit card company they would be 10 times more effective. Once again this is supposed to be one of the leading developers in providing Tele communication technology and they can't seem communicate with themselves. After having arrived at the conclusion that they could not provide me with any services and after having wasted so much of my time when I am extremely busy I had no choice but to just buy the cheapest phone I could so I could answer my phone. The next day I called the insurance company and got a replacement. Then I brought the old phone back to AT&T to get a refund. There was a refund fee of $35 and they were only going to credit me 15. You would think after having put me through so much difficulty and stress they would waive the $35 fee. it had only been two days. read more

july 8, 2012 around 4:00pm when i got introduced to my salesman he came off as friendly and willing to help. As i proceeded into my consultation about my insurance policy on a cracked windows phone he quickly turned out to be somewhat the opposite of what i considered helpful. I began to feel unwanted and rushed. When i would ask questions he either ignored them, gave me short ended answers or made my question seem irrelevant. i have been a long time happy customer through at&t and other than this specific location i have never once felt so disrespected. Not to mention he blatantly ignored the fact that he never gave me a sim card or that i was walking out empty handed (i noticed i never received a sim card after arriving home). It's great when you can go in to AT&T and come out feeling like you've been helped. I always come to this location, and have always been greeted in a friendly manner. They have exceptional customer service; a trait that is very hard to find nowadays. I live about 35 minutes from here, but will not go anywhere else. I was helped by Zach Lachman who was amazing! If you come in ask for him, he was very thorough and made me feel very confident in his answers. I came in to discuss lowering my bill, and Zach gave me the time to discuss different options I had to be able to do that. He did not make me feel rushed and didn't seem one bit irritated. Which is what you come to expect from "normal" customer service associates. I was very impressed to say the least. I am in the Healthcare field, and having exceptional customer service is of the utmost importance. This AT&T definitely has that. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Great job guys! read more

As an AT&T customer, you already know to expect the worst. Inefficiency, confusion, and frustration are the norm. I am amazed, therefore, to be writing today that I had the opposite experience at this location today. I signed up for help with my iPhone at a kiosk after being greeted right away. I was helped quickly. Seek out Christopher - he solved my problem immediately and courteously as well as gave me some extra tips to increase my phone's performance and battery efficiency. Worst luck ever. Let me start off by saying this was a case of a series of unfortunate events. Wasted 2.5 hrs of my day off here to upgrade my phone, then I have to waste my entire afternoon the next day to get a replacement for said phone. This was partially my doing on the second day, as I decided to not continue on with the phone model that failed on me, but to try a more trustworthy model. Turns out my phone installation process had an error the day before, and apparently it's an issue that turns a two-second process into a two hour ordeal. And I'm having to pay a fee for the privilege of wasting all my time on this. Most horrible, horrible phone experience ever. It was a series of bad happenings, which the store reps dealt with to the best of their ability, but it was a very bad experience none the less. I hope in the future there's some precautions in place to avoid all of this faulty equipment and faulty service from falling upon one person to deal with and leave themwaiting for hours on end to hope it gets resolved. read more

I came in a few moments ago looking for charger cables. There was a tri-bundle I usually get, so that's what I was looking for. I was greeted and then shown where the cables were, then the employee informed me they were out of the bundle, not a big deal. What is a big deal is that I had to spend about 20 minutes trying to find the cables because after he informed me about the bundle, the employee then seemed more interested in watching Instagram videos on his phone then making sure I was taken care of. And that's not an exaggeration. I went up to another guy and had him check me out and the person who greeted me the first time was close by and watching Instagram videos. A 2 minute visit turned into 20 thanks to poor customer service. read more

Worst experience ever!!! Nice used car lot you walk into. Just keep trying to upsale you on things you don't want or need and never trying to solve the problem. One of the worst experiences ever!!! I brought in my phone that was not charging that I had purchased at this same location and they do not even try to figure out the problem, even though I actually like the product. They just want to sell you more! My charger was bad, that was the problem, yet they kept trying to get me to purchase another phone. Horrible customer service, and I am not done telling the world what a bad experience I had. Then, when I leave, I have to come back because I am unable to even dial my voicemail. Not only was it horrible service, they managed to screw up the phone I was very happy with. Never again!!! Come April, I will be going to another carrier. I also have Uverse and internet through them, so I do spend a lot of money per month with these clowns. Nothing more to say, but try to avoid this utter disappointment of a service. read more
