Being very difficult when it's pouring rain outside asking me to go get the packages and won't take "an example" of what I'm looking for as enough. First of all, their hours of operation aren't even write on Google or yelp, not to mention the lack of professionalism that I just experienced. Went in just needing six labels printed out...Pretty sure it was the same guy that I wrote a really nice review about two years ago thick curly hair, I don't really know how to work my iPhone and he basically made me feel stupid in front of the whole store whenever I did not know how to send certain links to the print and go thing. I've been using FedEx for years and will not come back. It's a shame because i have grown accustomed to them. read more

As a college student I frequented this location often for quick prints on my way to class if I didn't have time to print at school. Service here has really gone down hill, no sense of customer service, took me half an hour(with no line) to print 2 sheets because the representative didn't want to help. Will not be going back charged $6 for 2 card stock color prints. read more

In this day in time, I rarely ever need to print NOR fax anything. But of course, some companies and agencies make it hard. THANK GOD for the employees who were working when i came in around 5pm today. I didn't catch their names bc i was so distraught. They were slammed, I couldn't get a simple thing done bc my apps weren't converting files correctly, and I was already stressed and anxious about it due to my inability to contact (or receive a response) from my case manager w the agency to whom I needed to fax these important documents. I knew I needed my anxiety meds but didn't have water and didn't think I could wait any longer and risk a longer line. Wow, both the guy (white dude, brunette?) and the gal who helped me (African American, slim) were so extremely helpful and patient and I probably didn't even deserve it. I don't know if they are used to dealing w very distraught customers or if they were just extremely kind and patient, or both! Either way, I'm so very grateful. The fax machine is a shit show, though, and that's not their fault. (I've tried a fax app and it never went through and the price was outrageous for needing to send a fax maybe once a month, if that.) Staff were still helpful- saying you have to wait for a confirmation page and that some agencies turn off their fax machines when they close. And please note that the confirmations are so delayed that it's confusing. I realized AFTER I left, that my send was #20 and I got the confirmation page for #19, which was the woman before me. So I still have no idea if it went through but maybe they can tell me if i call back tomorrow. Thank y'all again, and that was just a heads up for others about the fax machine so you don't end up with an "Office Space" situation. I felt very close to that. Like, do you mind if i take this machine outside and destroy it with a baseball bat? Who invented the fax machine and can they like, maybe improve it? Also, people who only take faxes: you suck. Fedex tried to drop off a package that required a signature when neither my husband or myself was at home. Luckily fedex left a note saying they missed us at the time indicated and the package would be at this location after 4pm the same day. We went online to make sure the package was there before we showed up to pick it up. It was there. It was super easy to pick up and not a big issue that we had missed the package at our house. My husband later had to drop off a return package with no issues. read more

FedEx. I have been calling and complaining about the service I have received since Thursday! I called because I got a delivery notification that my package was delivered.. I was home. No one who worked for FedEx came near my door. I called and someone from FedEx said "I'm sorry we mis scanned your package as delivered, it's actually still in our facility and it will be delivered Friday" well Friday comes around and no package. I called back again. They said it will be delivered Saturday. Well Saturday comes I get Notification while I'm in my driveway that my package was delivered.. there is no package outside. I call again and the person says they have lost my package even though it has been marked as delivered. This is unacceptable. Why mark something delivered if it is in fact lost. That is not how you do business and that is not good customer service. So I asked what are y'all going to do about my lost package that was misplaced in y'all's care.. they said nothing. I will have to contact the people I purchased my package from. This is ridiculous. I am highly upset. I will be telling all of my family and friends about the service I was receiving with FedEx and I will no longer be using y'all as a delivery service. Y'all lucky y'all even got one star from me to be honest. read more

I've never printed anything out at fed ex and was super nervous about going by myself to figure it out but Oneeda was so helpful and welcoming as soon as I came in! She was very informative and thorough when explaining the process to me and even suggested other printing options available at other locations that may work better with my current project. I have to say this is the most disorganized Fed Ex location that I have ever been to. I was trying to ship phones to Ohio for a friend of mine and I purchased a phone box. Inside it has foam but, I didn't need it since the phones were brand new and still in the boxes. I pulled out the foam and put the two phones inside and they fit perfectly. I handed it to the guy and he said how much do you want to insure it for? I said well there is two I-Phones in there so I need to cover the cost of those. He was like what you put two in one box? I said yes they were in their original boxes so, it's not a big deal. He seemed irritated and I said ok $1,000.00 insurance. We proceed to the counter and he swipes my card and said it's not reading. I said ok try it again it is a brand new card. So, he does and same thing however, I watch him do it and he is scanning the side of the card without the strip. He barely spoke English so, I tried to tell him but, he wasn't understanding. I had to take the card out of his hand and show him what he was doing wrong. Um Seriously! I finally checked out and he said if you want you can fill out this survey or call this number to rate your visit. I don't think he wants me to do that! I will drive farther to go to any other Fed Ex location but, this one! read more

When I arrived there were 6 people in line. The gentleman working was helpful and attentive but he was the only one on shift. This is the largest business park in south Austin and second only to the domain in size. I'm a bit perplexed how they would staff with one front of house employee at 4 pm on Wednesday. Either way the space was clean, there was parking and again the one staff member was helpful he just needed more help. It took me 45 minutes to send out a single package. 3 of 5 stars. read more

My favorite place for DIY printing. The staff is always friendly and I can get in and out quickly. I have yet to wait for a printer and appreciate they don't charge a USB fee for brining your own. Some other print shops add that minimum fee. The print quality is what's most important to me. This place seals the deal. It's a excellent pint quality. I don't get any random smudge or lines on my prints. That's been a problem at other companies. I've been very pleased each time and have been rushed out. read more

FedEx Office is my go-to shop for all my printing needs. They are not too pricey and always get my (sometimes rather complicated) orders right. The manager is friendly, smart and quick. He is also willing to go the extra mile to make sure my projects are completed in time. Like any store, it get's busy at peak times, but I've never had a problem with the wait. You can also submit orders online or via email. I definitely recommend this shop for your printing and shipping needs. read more

Highly dissatisfied with the level of service. I've been standing at the counter (where I currently am) for about 5 minutes and have yet to be even acknowledged by even just a glance. My package is prepaid and all I have to do is hand it over. He wouldn't know that because he won't even look at me. I understand your understaffed, my company has been there but to not even glance in a customers direction is honestly insane to me. Was originally 1 Star. Changed it to 2 because after 7 minutes when I was acknowledged he at least was a decent person. Not very apologetic but told me I should have left my package just sitting there. Sorry but I'm not doing that without someone acknowledging they see it. This location is next to my apartment but I'll be looking for an alternate location for the future. read more

I have only been here once, but thought I'd write a quick review. My experience at this location was very good because of the employee working there (Chris I think). I just needed a small job done, and it was done within a matter of minutes. He was handling three customers by himself, and was really staying on top of it. When I went to another location (the one on Brodie Lane) for the same print job, the employee there took an hour to do it. He just wasn't trained, and no one else working seemed to care to help him. I had to do this copy twice there (separate occasions), and the prices I was charged didn't make sense (were different, and not the right paper type/quantity). I didn't say anything, because it wasn't much, but it's still not a good sign. I am also happier with the quality of the images in my document from the South I-35 location. At the Brodie location, the images seem to be of a lesser quality than I-35. At this location, I was much happier with my experience. I think that the Brodie Lane management needs to train people better and not understaff their store on busy days. I think I stood in line at the Brodie Lane location for 5-10 minutes waiting while the employees were on the other side of the store doing something (I'm not sure what). One woman actually left after a few minutes because one guy came over and just went on the computer, then went back to what he was doing... Well enough about that..all I can say is that from now on if I need copies done or something printed for a school project, this will be the location I will go to. read more

Disappointed with the employees here. One lady stood there and didn't help at all when I brought in a lot of boxes and I obviously was struggling. She didn't bother to smile. I am not pleased with the services I am getting. I'm a frequent customer, working for a telecommunications company that requires a lot of shipping. Yet they do not treat me well. Overall printing here is decent. I hardly ever write reviews but I felt compelled to tell others about the terrible customer service at this location. There is a clerk here who works in the mornings that is very rude. On several occasions I've had the unfortunate experience of having him help me. Look, I get it. He probably deals with silly questions and absurd requests all day, but that is no reason to treat customers ill. I was trying to print from the self help kiosk with my own paper, and I didn't understand that I had to leave the second tray open while keeping my own paper loaded in the top tray. The clerk was very rude to me, raising his voice at me and became frustrated that he had to come over and help me. Sorry I inconvenienced you for several seconds to help me load my paper. Needless to say I will be looking elsewhere for my printing and shipping needs going forward. read more

I came into this Fed Ex needing to mail to large boxes with shipping prepaid and ready to go. There were two people working there and only 3 customers including myself. Then the one girl disappeared..leaving only the really slow moving guy. He finished helping the woman that the girl was helping but 15 min. later I'm still standing there and she's still filling out papers while he stood there staring off into space, I asked him if I should come back in a short while and let him process the boxes, he agreed. I ran my other errand and When I came back nothing had been done, boxes still sitting there and the girl was back with another guy on a distant computer playing a game and she was vacuuming the back. One box corner was ripped and he was refusing to make a new box, tape it or offer any other solution. I didn't have another box. It wasn't until I called the company I was sending it to who have a big account with Fed Ex that he changed his tune. I was there an hour total just to mail some boxes that they didn't have to pack. I just hope that they make to the destination intended. Next time I need to go to Fed Ex, I'm going to try a different location for better service. Which this one BTW is more next to Slaughter and doesn't follow the addresses along 35. It's behind the Wells Fargo. read more
