So things started off great when I purchased my new phone about a month ago. Joanna was pleasant and very helpful. Then I came in a week later to have my apps and photos et cetera transferred over... I had a huge surprise when I got home. I had no social media on my new phone, and I lost half of my contacts and all of my texts.And most of my apps. I returned to the store the following week to get more help.And bernice was a real piece of work... Not professional, not helpful, not informative, not sympathetic. She had the nerve to tell me she " does not do social media" so she could not help me. Aurelio was a little better, at least he was kind...And understanding. And he helped me retrieve my notes and my spotify accounts. The bottom line is i have no more Facebook and no more Instagram. And nobody at this store cared about that... The thing is that it was not a social media issue. It is a service issue. I bought my phone there and I have bought several phones there over the years.As has my husband. We have a t and t for our internet and our TV and have done business only with a t and t for decades. I purchased a new phone and expected everything to go smoothly. And that I would end up with a phone that had all my information on it. But on an upgraded device. I am left struggling, trying to figure this all out on my own. And get the help of my tech-savvy daughter, granddaughters and the internet. But the phone I have now is not better than the phone i turned in. . It might as well be a brick. Terrible customer service at this AT&T location. The lady working here clearly did not want to help me at all -- extremely rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. She acted like I was bothering her just by asking simple questions. I ended up leaving and calling the AT&T customer service hotline instead, and they gave me a much better deal in minutes. Went to AT&T today to get some assistance on my wife's iphone13 pro. Phone was activated but needed assistance on SIM card removal from iPhone7+. We were greeted by Vanessa with a BIG SMILE ; ) SIM card put in and bought a phone case. Reason for 4 stars is due to the value... we couldn't wait but $48 bucks for a phone case... geeez us. Little heavy on the prices here. Can't win. IPhone purchased with charger but need to buy adapter... come on Apple products. What happened to buying a phone ready to go with charger. One last thing... we were told we could get $25-$35 credit towards the iphone13 phone case... we left because their system was down and came back the phone credit was $15. We chose to keep the phone instead of giving it away. read more

Worst customer service and super unprofessional. I was trying to set up my new phone line and both workers had airpods in and were paying more attention to the basketball game on the tv. They also lied and said my phone came with a new applewatch only to turn around and charge me extra for a watch line. Then, they refused to return it. The guy from call center talked to the manager in store and told him they were making up fake policies to refuse a return. Luckily, I was able to go to the corporate store on Coffee. We went and got new phones last weekend. The guy told us that we could return our old phones and get $350 off. My screen was cracked which is why it would only be $350 off of the new phone. We brought them in today, and the guy wouldn't take it because my screen was cracked. He was the one that told us that he could take the phone and still give me the $350 off EVEN THOUGH the screen was cracked. I don't suggest this AT&T. He wasted our time and lied. read more

Buyer beware. ATT is offering these new bundles...they are bogus. We were originally quoted $80 for internet and Direct TV plus tax. The total before taxes is $100! All call centers are in India and they refuse to let you talk to a supervisor. So, once again I got reminded why AT&T is the worst ! read more
