I made a appointment over the phone for 3 pm at the store on California Ave. we went in and tried to sign in but there was no record of our appointment. We waited about 15 minutes before a nice young man contacted us, he couldn't answer many of our questions it was frustrating I felt he was new at sales we thanked him. We then went to another smaller Verizon store and were disappointed there was only one poor salesperson she had many customers she was doing her best but she didn't have time to help everyone I felt sorry for her. The other salesperson had just left for lunch. We thanked her for her limited help and left after about 45 minutes. We came home and will give it another try tomorrow. Verizon is our carrier and we like their coverage but finding a store that has the proper staffing and knowledgeable sales people to help us buy another phone has been a challenge. Extremely Disappointed with the Service I rarely leave…read morenegative reviews, but my recent visit I came in expecting help with a simple issue, picking up a new phone and happy instead left feeling ignored, disrespected, and completely dissatisfied. the wait time was ridiculous -- I stood around for nearly 15 minutes while employees chatted among themselves, barely acknowledging the customers in the store. When I was finally helped, the representative seemed uninterested and rushed, offering vague answers and acting like my questions were an inconvenience. To make matters worse, they gave me incorrect information about my account When I tried to get clarification, I was met with more confusion and zero accountability. No one took the time to actually listen or resolve the issue properly. I've been a Verizon customer for years, but this experience seriously made me question that loyalty. We were greeted by Vanessa with a BIG SMILE ; ) SIM card put in and bought a phone case. Reason for 4 stars is due to the value... we couldn't wait but $48 bucks for a phone case... geeez us. Little heavy on the prices here. Can't win. IPhone purchased with charger but need to buy adapter... come on Apple products. What happened to buying a phone ready to go with charger. One last thing... we were told we could get $25-$35 credit towards the iphone13 phone case... we left because their system was down and came back the phone credit was $15. We chose to keep the phone instead of giving it away.

I had no social media on my new phone, and I lost half of my contacts and all of my texts.And most of my apps. She had the nerve to tell me she " does not do social media" so she could not help me. Aurelio was a little better, at least he was kind...And understanding. And he helped me retrieve my notes and my spotify accounts. The bottom line is i have no more Facebook and no more Instagram. And nobody at this store cared about that... The thing is that it was not a social media issue. It is a service issue. I bought my phone there and I have bought several phones there over the years.As has my husband.
