I went in to get my old iPhone 7 unlocked the first time I went in Brianna told me it was already unlocked when it wasn't. So I had to go back Diana was the one that helped me. It was supposed to be a simple request to unlock instead she did not know what she was doing and kicked me out of the account for 30 days. Then had the audacity to say I must of locked myself out. When I was telling her I have not tried to unlock it she was rude to me and kept rolling her eyes saying she didn't know what was going on but it wasn't her! The girls there are the most disrespectful and unhelpful I have ever witnessed in customer service. For the amount we pay for AT&T service they should train their staff in proper customer service etiquette and how to do there job properly to help customers. read more

My husband and I walked in here trying to get new service, wireless and direct TV, instead we were fed lies about what AT&T could do for us and we never received any of the "so called" perks and promotions. If I could give 0 stars I would. Came in to buy an Apple Watch you cannot try it on. There are no watches to actually put on your wrist to see if it fits. They will sell you one for $500 to try on but you must buy it first and if it does not fit it's a $45 restocking fee!! Also we had to wait 20 minutes for this. Do not go here! Terrible, over charged me way more than I should be paying and keep saying they'll fix it but keep it very charging me 4 times in a row already, they don't help you at all !!!! A year ago I was there and yes their service is 100% BAD. Upon which the sales manager got involved. I really thought he was going to make it better but instead, he talked to me so good for bad which I signed up for DIRECT TV because he told me that he was going to make up the bad customer service I received on which end up even worse. I was able to cancel it within 24 hrs, although they still tried to take me to collections. Good thing he gave it to me on writing and fought it unders that circumstance. Awful customer service. There's only a couple nice employees out of a bundle there. Technicians do not come out to install on date/time provided and leave you waiting around with no call for cancellation or rescheduling. Today I came in with a broken screen ...and was advised by customer care to walk in to an at&t store ...I was greeted by the store manager Cesar Canton and Rene (panda). Cesar was so honest and straight up and gave me options on my phone I ended up upgrading to the new iPhone x and even gave me an incredible deal on direct TV now I'll be able to watch my NFL team thanks to the NFL Sunday ticket. read more

Excited to go in on the day the new phone came out and as I walk in @ 8:10pm Guillermo greets me with an attitude and he then says what he can help me with I told him I just need some accessories, and grabbed them (i knew where they were since I was there a couple hours before and bought 3 cases ) so he continues to ask questions and i tell him my husband works at an Att store and with an attitude tells me "well if he works at an Att store, why aren't you getting them there w him?"... I smile and continue to look for one. How are you going to tell me where i should go purchase things from ?!? .He keeps breathing down my neck the entire time, as I'm on the phone he still standing there next to me. Which I get that's his job, so I walk over to the computer to check out, he asks for my number and then my name. I gave it to him.. he rings me out $50 something w tax and I explained that's wrong I have a Fan from my employer that gives me 50% off and I've been a customer with Att for about 6 years and I've always had a discount on accessories. And I reminded him that I was in earlier today and bought three and they each came out to $25 with some change for each one, He rolls his eyes and says let me ask my manger comes back from the back and says I need to look at your account, I said "that's fine" he says nope I can give you 25% off and I told him how I just used my discount on my account at the same location and he said idk what to tell you but it's $50 okay and i asked for his managers name. So I hope his manager "Cesar" sees this and reminds his employees that are working as customer representatives to GET A BETTER ATTITUDE!!! Never going back their again read more

This is by far the worst AT&T store you could ever imagine. Wrong orders, slow customer service and people walking out from the wait. Makes you regret leaving your carrier. If you have time to burn and can hand hold associates, then this place is for you. read more

I visted this store last weekend and was greeted by the store manager Lawrence. I loved the fact he greeted me at the door and welcomed me like I was family. Prior to my visit at this location I went to the corporate store across the street and they never acknowledged me at all, after 25 min of just standing there. Lawrence actually took the time to explain all the plans and benefits of AT&T/Direct TV. I ended up switching 5 lines to AT&T from Verizon and signing up for Direct TV. Lawrence actually went above and beyond his duties to make sure it was a pleasant visit. I also love the environment and experience of his staff. This will be my home store even though I hate the mall. Thank Lawrence and staff!!! read more
