Horrible customer service. Staff are completely apathetic (Chris, in particular). I left this place feeling like I was an imposition to the staff, nit as a valued customer. I've been with AT&T (including phone, internet, and TV) for nearly 20 years. The staff at this store make me want to switch carriers and network providers. read more

First the store manager promised us what was supposedly available. We went home and got our new old phone --never used and then two weeks exactly after no money was credited to our account. Sandie called 15 min before closing and said our phone didn't turn on even though she was there when I personally plugged it in and it did turn on. Two weeks was the deadline of getting our money back and undoing the contract(s) etc. What a true waste of time, energy, money. They are thieves. They are not honest in business. Sandie and Rocky made all sorts of statements that ended up not being true. We lost approx $7000 while trying to get this worked out and doing what was suggested of us and then they wouldn't contact us as promised to make this ordeal right and again and again we tried to work with them. Please save your hard earned money and NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FAKE AT&T BUSINESS They are only an authorized dealer and we were not treated fairly or positively by any means. Brenda told him to add a line and he can get the promo at the time which was an iPhone X! We added the line and she gave us a new chip. This store was so understaffed on 12/26. You would think the management would work a hard to staff the store to meet the pending "After Christmas" rush. However, it appeared that the store had only 4-5 techs working and the wait time was over an hour. Would say that this is uncommon, but I have been here before when it was not a busy season and the wait was just as bad. I would suggest to find somewhere else to go. read more

Went there recently about 4 weeks ago. There was a 21 year old guy. He said his age to the customers that were previously there. They were chatting, he never approached me or my husband to see what we needed. He turned on the tv and started talking about what was happening in the program which happened to be a cowboy show in the news , and was talking to the customers while we just waited there standing until he at least looked at us or ask what we need. Finally after 40 min of waiting I said "what time do you guys close?" It was already 7:45 pm and he said "at 8" do I said " are you going to be able to help me?" And finally he got out of the seat and the chit chatting with the customers and "helped" me. Worst customer service ever. I didn't buy anything. You need new people who are educated and that will greet everyone. read more

I've typically received good service at this store but tonight was not my night. Only one girl working. We were not greeted upon entering. So we took a seat at the counter because there were a few people ahead of us. The girl came out and came over to help, another lady walked in and mid answer to a question I had asked she stopped and said she need to go back to the other group. I asked her to please finish answering the question before leaving us. She did, but was clearly not happy that I had asked her to stay and finish her statement. We waited about 20 minutes while she finished with the other group. Then she called us over to the computer she was at. We told her we needed to switch a line over to my account from a different at&t account and she looked up my number. Asked for the account code, I told her I had been having trouble with it all day because on my earlier call with at&t none of the codes I gave them worked. They had to get in using my IMEI (?) number on my phone. I asked if she could get in that way also and she said no, so we tried the two numbers I had previously tried despite my knowing they would not work. She spent a few minutes attempting to bypass the code or reset it, even got up to lock the door at 5:56, then called a coworker to get help. She then said some accounts couldn't be bypassed nor reset on their end, so I would need to call the business care service (but...they're closed). She proceeded to tell me that the process was long and took time because she "would need to get into my account to get my account number and my husbands account to get his", at this point I asked if I could just give her the account number and she said "no!". She then told me I was being rude to her and jumping on her, that she was trying to help me, but I wasn't being nice. I followed with the comment that I was not trying to be rude or jump on her, but her comment of needing the account number made it seem as though that was all she needed so I was trying to give it. She said "well, you are". I then asked for the number for business care so I could call. She responded with "its 611" in a tone of voice that was rude and condescending, as though I was dumb for asking the question. She stood there as we rose to leave and I had to ask her to unlock the door. Overall, no one left happy. I know and understand that my error in the account code was not her fault, but her customer service was terrible and unnecessary. I went in to this location to get help on upgrading my phone. I signed in and the greeter was pleasant. The wait was long, but I needed time to explore my new phone options anyways. This place was busy and loud. When my turn finally came up, I got this girl sales person who was amazing. First of all, I found out I couldn't upgrade without my dad because it is his account. I was annoyed, but she explained all my options. Then she asked if there was anything else I could use help with for my phone, and I just decided to ask her about the 2 phones I had narrowed down my choices to. She was so sweet. I know they make extra commission off of actual sales, but she took the time to help me decide on a new phone even though she knew I couldn't purchase it. I really appreciate that kind of service. My husband and I went in Sunday afternoon around 2:00 to purchase two new iPhones. When we walked in, the lady was on her phone and didn't greet us. She was on the phone with what I am assuming was a customer? And was asking us questions in between hers. My husband had questions regarding the new iPhone x's, and she didn't get up from her seat to show us any of the versions. Any time he asked a question about the different versions, she was extremely short and not helpful, like at all. Frustrated, he picked whatever one was on display, not even knowing very much about it. She was not very helpful, which resulted in us being very frustrated. A gentlemen walked out and was super nice, and was helping the other customers that came in behind us. So how many stars can customer service achieve when after not being able or caring to provide customer service the clerk smirks and laughs under his breath as you're leaving.
