Be sure to check your bill after buying a phone at this store. They WILL defraud you and add random charges to your account.

Promises of being corrected went from month to month with no change to our bill. Finally, we stopped by the Bel Air store and spoke with Chris. Chris immediately understood, looked at our account and saw the issue we were trying to resolve. Chris took ownership of the issue. He spoke with Verizon support, had them make corrections. So we thought. For 2 more months Verisons bills showed no change, and for 2 more months, we went back to see Chris. Chris was not the problem, Verizon billing was. A BIG thank you to Chris for taking ownership of our issue and not getting frustrated with seeing us come back. Finally, Chris resolved our billing issue with the Verison mother ship.

I only needed to drop off a phone that was cleared and needed to be shipped back to Verizon. I waited OVER 30 minutes because there were 6 people in front of me and the associates were grabbing them in order instead of the reason for why they were there. There should be a faster process for easy walk ins. There's really nowhere to sit and you have to sit on the wall by the window which is hot. The associate was good at assisting me but I am extremely unhappy about the waiting!

Also noted the charging port had issues. In a short time I was notified the screen & charging port were replaced and ready for pick up. At pick up we found the rain must have damaged the sound or volume. Immediately they began to recheck the phone and asked us to leave or bring back the next day. We did and in less than 2 hours the problem was resolved. We are very happy with our experience.

He told me it would be ready in 2 hours and would be $180. He said he only had a black cover and I agreed that was okay. 4 hours later the phone was ready but it was overheating repeatedly and would not work. I brought it home just figuring the store didn't have any AC and it just needed to cool down. It continued to just cycle reboot and was really hot. I brought it back with my husband and told him he broke my phone and needed to fix it ASAP bc I needed it for work. He demanded that he did not break it over and over again. I demanded a refund because it was clear we weren't getting anywhere. He was reluctant but gave it to me back in cash (I paid with a credit card) We took it to the Verizon store to trade it in and get a new phone because I need by phone for work (2FA etc) and they said they couldn't take it because it was dangerously overheating. I got a new phone and went back to Fix it All to inform them that he had not only broken my phone but cost me $1100 in the process of getting a new one. The owner continued to lecture me and tell me that his business was not going to take a loss. It got so bad to the point that he would only speak to my husband. We asked for compensation for the money we paid and we would move on. He refused stating he wanted to try and fix it. It was clear to us that he had given a refund without his bosses permission and was now in trouble. We agreed. He kept saying his boss was coming in from to take a look - we always "just" missed him (he was lying, his boss was in VA) Three days later he called us to tell us the phone was broken (duh.) and he would send it off for repairs with his insurance. We agreed but wanted a paper trail - no paper trail was ever given to us. Luckily, I could track my phone with find my iphone. 2 months later (we had to go into the store every few weeks for an update because he would say he was going to call us and never did) we got the phone back. But here is the catch - he didn't use real iPhone parts to replace it and its now a 128G iPhone not a 256G. We didn't catch this until we brought it back to Verizon. Essentially, they robbed us. Twice. I should have sued them for what they did but they were VERY manipulative and eager to get us out of the store. At the end of the day I just wanted to be done with those jerks. He literally told him our problem "kept him awake at night" Be serious.

He was rude, and acted like we were bothering him by buying a $400.00 Alpine radio, with installation. If I had his name I would say it but since I returned the radio, they kept my receipt. Fatty told my husband it would be free installation because we purchased the radio, harness, DIM box etc. The total would be $159.00 at installation, that I waited 2 weeks for. So imagine my surprise when I get there at 8:30 am, with my radio, they don't have the parts. They never ordered the parts. They could order them but it would be another 2 weeks before they could get them and do this installation. Oh, but wait, Fatty was wrong in telling us it would be $159. Nooo, it would be $350 at installation. So, Fatty, who hates his job because hes a horrible salesman with zero knowledge or experience, was wrong and Best Buy was not willing to work with us in any way. My husband took off from work for this. We returned the radio, where they could have had our money, had they just worked with us. They are incompetent and nobody there knows what they are doing. 0/10 will not give them our business for anything ever again.

After some online research (none of the tips fixed it) and consulting my Local At&T store, my screen needed to be replaced unfortunately. This spot was a Yelp find. A small store with accessories (covers, chargers mostly) & some refurbished phones for sale-but it's all about the repairs. I was quoted $129 to replace my iPhone screen. 30-40 minutes for the work. I opted to leave. When I returned my phone was not ready as the Technician noticed my battery was swollen and recommended replacing it. "No thanks as I'm not going to keep this phone much longer." I looked at their price list and noticed there was a budget screen for $95. Ok I'll go with that one instead. Would have been good to mention this in the beginning. Also a 10% discount is available with Yelp check in-didn't see this til after. Service was good and engaging overall with some good information about the repair, etc. My phone is back to pre Light Saber state. Only recommendation would be to give all of the options upfront. They provide a 90 day warranty. Would I recommend Swift Mobile-Yes

I would have thought the old glass would be cleared completely before putting on a new one but I guess they don't do that. I could have bought a $10/15 lenses repair kit myself off Amazon and done better in my opinion. I just over paid for convenience and hope I can't get my full trade in value for this.. or I just wasted my time/money.
