Often times, the staff have reviewed my bill and have helped lower my monthly payment with a different plan without lowering any service...I can wait patiently for that.

We asked about their tool loaner program -- something they publicly advertise. The older gentleman who first greeted us had a crumby attitude from the start. He seemed irritated by our presence, cut us off mid-sentence, and quickly denied us without much explanation. His tone and body language made us feel completely unwelcome -- and frankly, it felt like more than just a bad mood. On the flip side, the younger guy with glasses was polite, helpful, and really tried to assist us. Unfortunately, the older employee kept butting in and overriding everything, refusing to let us borrow tools even though the younger guy was clearly willing to help. It was frustrating and disappointing. We left feeling disrespected and turned to Advance Auto down the street -- where we were helped without judgment or hassle. If O'Reilly wants to represent themselves as a reliable stop for travelers and folks in a pinch, they need to take a look at who they've got at the front counter.

Not good. Sold us a…read morebeautiful gas range. It worked great for just over one year. I loved the thing. Unfortunately, my cleaning lady at the time knocked a button or something and caused it to short-circuit in such a way as to risk burning the house down. I had it looked at by a contractor and it was dead dead dead. Called Manny's and given that it was just a month or so past the warranty date, we were SOL. Unfortunately, we had also purchased a 'fridge from Manny's around the same time-frame. The 'fridge that we paid for was a very VERY nice model that happened to be on sale. Unfortunately, when the delivery men came to install it, they discovered that it did not fit through our doors (old weirdly built house, I suppose). They gave up and took it back. We were given a replacement for the same price which was nowhere near the same quality and specs (major downgrade). The replacement unit works okay ... Or has, for almost a year or so ... But now the freezer-drawer has started to fail to close, and it generates a monster sheet of ice every few weeks that needs to be removed or else the unit won't function. Overall, I am not impressed. I had great luck with another leading company in the area and I only went with this one because a co-worker recommended them. No clue why I made that mistake. tl;dr look elsewhere.
