Not good. Sold us a beautiful gas range. It worked great for just over one year. I loved the thing. Unfortunately, my cleaning lady at the time knocked a button or something and caused it to short-circuit in such a way as to risk burning the house down. I had it looked at by a contractor and it was dead dead dead. Called Manny's and given that it was just a month or so past the warranty date, we were SOL. Unfortunately, we had also purchased a 'fridge from Manny's around the same time-frame. The 'fridge that we paid for was a very VERY nice model that happened to be on sale. Unfortunately, when the delivery men came to install it, they discovered that it did not fit through our doors (old weirdly built house, I suppose). They gave up and took it back. We were given a replacement for the same price which was nowhere near the same quality and specs (major downgrade). The replacement unit works okay ... Or has, for almost a year or so ... But now the freezer-drawer has started to fail to close, and it generates a monster sheet of ice every few weeks that needs to be removed or else the unit won't function. Overall, I am not impressed. I had great luck with another leading company in the area and I only went with this one because a co-worker recommended them. No clue why I made that mistake. tl;dr look elsewhere. read more

We recently purchased a gas stove from Manny's in Claremont New Hampshire. The salesman was great. Once we paid for the stove it went downhill from there. They gave us the name of someone to convert it because our state doesn't use natural gas. That person never called us back. It was delivered several days after purchase and we were left to find someone on our own to do the conversion before we could use it. That person informed us that one of the burners, the most important one, wasn't working. The next morning we called the store and were directed to their service department. Nearly 10 days later we have not connected with their service department. Every time you call you get a recording that all of their representatives are busy and will reach out to you in the order your call was received. 5 days after that we called the store to say we never heard from anyone. Service called and left a voicemail the next day saying they tried to reach us and left us a voicemail two days prior ( no voicemail). Since then we have called many times. Two times since then they did leave a voicemail, but we can never connect with anyone. My advice would be to never buy an appliance at Manny's if this is what happens when you need service. The fact that a service department has so many calls for servicing their appliances that they can't call someone back even same day as original message, that tells me their appliances are crap. So bottom line, knowledgeable sales people, Fair delivery time, difficulty with gas appliances being hooked up because they don't have anyone that does it and their service department is outrageously operated. Day ten. Still don't have a fully functional stove and zero contact outside of their answering machine. read more

Stopped last Saturday found a stove & fridge, Russ the salesman was helpful, not pushy! price was much better than I planned, delivery scheduled with in days. Delivery on time, very friendly & fast. No more box stores for our family. read more

Purchased 4 major appliances and was sold a 5 year premium contract for all of them. The ice maker has failed several times requiring multiple visits to fix. When we called in for the latest issue it took over a month to connect with the service team and we were told we had no warranty and would need to pay for parts. Finally found our contact and was able to get coverage 'reinstated.' Long story short we called 5/1/2024 to schedule service. They finally came after a month and now we are still waiting for a callback to schedule the repair with out Premium Warranty. Will not be buying from them again and have sent multiple emails and made multiple calls. I expect Home Depot to treat me this way. Very disappointing service. read more

We have ordered 6 appliances from Manny's at the Spofford location over the past year. Each time we called Russ in sales was extremely helpful and easy to work with. The delivery people were prompt on arrival and courteous throughout the installation each time they delivered. As a result Manny's is our first choice in buying appliances and equipment. No more big box stores for us. In fact the prices are better and the service exceeds expectations. Give Manny's in Spofford a chance and see just how pleasant it is compared to a big box store. Shopping local can be, and is often more affordable. I generally do not write reviews but felt I should share such a positive experience. read more

We ordered an LG washer/dryer washtower unit from Manny's in Keene, NH and an appointment was made for delivery. My wife and I prepped the house to make the delivery easier on the delivery people. The first unit arrived damaged, not acceptable. So we put things back in order in the house until the next delivery was made and we arranged again to be home and the same prep work was done. Another delivery and another damaged unit, unacceptable. We put the house back in order and waited for the third delivery at which time we again arranged to be home and prepped the house for delivery. This time the item actually arrived not damaged. It was set up and tested and we, for the third time, put the house back in order. I called Russel Johnson, the sales person, and asked for some compensation for the inconveniece of having to be at home and prep the house for delivery THREE times. Russel told me he was working on a refund and would get back to me in a week. A week later I had not heard so I called Russel. A whopping $100.00 is what he offered on an $1800.00 purchase, a 5% refund. Disappointing to say the least. We, and I suggest you, never do business with Manny's. Better appliance stores are around with the same if not better pricing, and certainly better customer service. read more

Manny's is alright. Nothing out of the ordinary for an appliance store. There's only a few appliance stores in the general area and this is the only one in Chesterfield/Spofford. The prices actually aren't that bad. However, they offer no repairs. My washer started acting up a little over a month after we bought it. I called the company and now that there's no repair places in the area, I need to find someone that will drive out here and look at it. read more

One star because in-store service was efficient. Spent $1k on new grill which was dropped and damaged during delivery (there was a delivery charge). Delivery person said he would call store right away and someone would get in touch with me. Yes, it was a Saturday but I have yet to hear from the store about repairs or replacement. I did call the store but they said they were unaware of the issue and someone would call me back. I try to support locally owned businesses vs. the big chains but this has been a bad experience. I guess Manny's could care less, especially about a relatively small purchase. The purchase was not small to me - and I am shopping for other appliances - but definitely NOT at Manny's. read more

The Manny's technician arrived today to check out why our brand new refrigerator's ice and water dispenser didn't work. Within 10 minutes he had the problem fixed. Apparently the men who delivered the refrigerator did not plug in the connection inside of the door. Over ten days with no ice or cold water - not very happy with the response time from Manny's. read more

My husband and I are in the process of building a new home. Our kitchen designer as well as our builder recommended Manny's. Buying a kitchen full of brand new appliances can be daunting with decisions and $$ signs dancing in your head. We were greeted by Matt as we walked in and he took us through the process. He got us some amazing deals on brand new GE appliances. We were initially going to shop around BUT didn't need to. Matt was AWESOME and we were very happy with the service and selection here.
