I had phone plan and added 30 gb hot spot. Now its all lumped together. As a loyal auto pay customer I have had my last straw. Now Boost Mobile is Dish. Unreal that when your account uses all the data 35gb which was not my hot spot data. That disappeared from my dashboard. You can not restart plan by paying earlier then auto due date. I have work that needs to be done. And need internet access. Even tho I made my monthly payment today trying to restart plan. I called service center with roosters crowing in background. But too no avail. Was told could not restart plan. In the past this was never an issue. I would pay and auto pay date would change. But now Dish is new owner. Yea they want you to waste money by purchasing gig add ons. Even tho my date of auto pay is 1 day away. I am thru with this company. Will be finding a more reliable carrier with at least decent customer service. So if you are shopping around keep looking for a more reliable phone carrier. Or you will find out the hard way. I am not angry because I was the one who signed up for this carrier.

The cashier was even unaware that the failed transaction could be canceled at the POS. That's what you get when you fail to educate your workforce. It shows the business has no long term viability. 3rd time was the charm! After going to 2 other eyeglass…read moreplaces, with my mom - (including next door ) when my mom said "I still see double" they had said " get used to it and let us know". So when my husband needed glasses, I couldn't recommend him to the other places. He found MetroOptics in Parkchester. Upon arrival the place was packed, but not chaotic. We met Yvette and Angelica, who assisted my husband with superb customer service. He couldn't be more pleased with his new contact lenses and glasses. Aurora, took care of my mom. She knew as soon as she looked at my moms previous glasses- that they require a prism. That's impressive considering the 2 other places that had missed it. Glasses were ready in a few days . After picking up our glasses we can say these are the best we have owned. Aurora seems to value the individual in the community- you are not just a number. Professional, friendly, thoughtful, cordial and runs a great business. Can't wait to return.

On Friday 11/21 metro optics left a voice mail stating my glasses were ready. On 11/24/2025 I walk into metro optics on parkchester. I go directly to Ashley the same person who stated my glasses will be ready in 30 days. Lol I cannot make this ishhh up. I said I'm here to pick up my glasses. She says the glasses are not ready. I said this is the 2nd metro optics contacts me stating my glasses are ready. When they're not! Look at my reviews from last week. Where metro optics left me a first message stating the glasses were ready. At this point I'm extremely frustrated with the nonsense that goes on at this place for years. I told Ashley clearly this place lacks on communication. This is an on going issue with this company. She tried to give me a whole story as if I really wanted to hear the BS!! Then said someone didn't do their job. Clearly!!! It's an on going issue. I will be reaching out to 311 to voice my concerns. I would have never given metro optics a star. Unfortunately that's how yelp is set up.
