I mentioned this to him, his response was that "he hadn't seen the Face ID work before working on the phone" which meant "he couldn't do anything for me" I mentioned to him that I myself had experience handling electronics (IPhone 7s, IPhone XR) all of which I replaced screens for me and friends 2x, I suggested to him had he turned off the phone before replacing the screen? His response " I took the screen off then unplugged the battery" this answered my question for why the Face ID on my phone which was now no longer working. Prior to walking into this establishment my Face ID was indeed working, I've attached screen shots. He had an incredible attitude problem, and talked down to me, and just told me to contact customer service. His next response was "I don't have a magic button that can fix that." When I told him I didn't understand he finally said, that they are just salespeople, and can't fix anything related to the billing communications (which a bunch of BS because other AT&T stores have helped me with more than just sales questions). Second time was this week (new phone) for back cover replacement due to non-functional power button, again staff was very helpful and answered all my questions, they estimated 48 hours for repairs, I checked in a few hours before the 48 hour mark, got a nonspecific response, then a notification within the hour that the phone was ready. Overall good experiences and would highly recommend uBreakiFix for phone repairs as overall both experiences were positive and the work was completed in estimated time frame and no further issues with phone.

I was helped after a very long wait. And when I left I still had to call back to Verizon and get my plan and activation of my account and my device turned on. I waited a couple days before use of that device to find out that it wasn't activated and then my plan not being started is a major fail. You got to find out when people walk in what it is that they want. Then queue them according to that. Letting people sit for a long time and wait is a horrible plan for customer service.
