Lazy and unwilling to help a customer with a billing issue because she doesn't "want the hit to her stores profits." Her employee even said a Firstnet customer is not supposed to have activation fees. Selfish and not a company player. Go elsewhere. the store might be beautiful, but the staff is incompetent and doesn't care. When I told the sales associate I was going to be writing this review he laughed and said whatever our reviews are terrible anyway. They have got to be kidding me..... I've been there a few times, and received very great service from Minh! The last time there, I asked a billing communications question to a young person with black curly hair, and colored contacts. He had an incredible attitude problem, and talked down to me, and just told me to contact customer service. His next response was "I don't have a magic button that can fix that." When I told him I didn't understand he finally said, that they are just salespeople, and can't fix anything related to the billing communications (which a bunch of BS because other AT&T stores have helped me with more than just sales questions). We were switching over 4 phones, had to unfreeze our credit, just so many little things, so it did take a long time, but Minh was friendly, patient, and easygoing the whole time. Went in store to replace a tempered glass screen-protector, which I bought at this specific location. the newest employee, Warren couldn't find the product I purchased at their location on his tablet. I was able to go into my at&t app and show Warren I purchased the product here. He became flustered and let me know he couldn't find it on his end and there was nothing he could do to resolve the issue. It appears Warren does not have any customer service experience or social skills. I wanted to inform you about a fraud that happened to us at this store. They sold me an iPhone 14 Plus for $15 per month. I now see a Protect Advantage fee on my bill. The amount is $ 17 per month, which means I must pay more than double what I was told. I am trying to remember the name of the staff member who provided the upgrade service and was working with us, but I will find out and repeat this information with his exact name till this issue gets solved. I was never offered the option to include or not include the Protect Advantage, and now, thinking back at how this staff was rude and short with my wife and me, I see the racist traits in his behavior. I want to give a shout out to Allen. I don't know his last name. Recently I added my parents to my plan and joined first net. (ER nurse) this man was patient with my parents questions and mine. There was a glitch getting on to first net through AT&T. I went back. Allen was able to talk to technical support on my behalf and get my phone working. He is an amazing individual, kind, and he really listens to you. So thank you Allen. I hope you hear about this review. I hope you get some sort of bonus points. I had an issue with a cell phone that I returned in January as part of a upgrade. I was told by ATT support to go to the store and talk to the Manager (Ebony). The manager told me to come see her but when I did she was never there, happened twice. She had my cell number but never called back or returned my calls. This place needs a complete staff overhaul. You walk in and wait while the staff is sitting around playing with their phones, texting and whatever else. They basically treat it like a hangout. There usually at least 4/5 people in the store 4 people sitting around, one person helping a customer. When you finally do get assistance whenever that may be, it usually feels like you are wasting their time and they would rather be texting on their phones. read more

Everyone in this store was incredibly helpful when we came in to upgrade/trade up our phones. In particular Alan went the extra mile in helping my daughter who was about to travel abroad by coming in early (iPhone 14 launch day) to get her set up and off to the airport with her new phone all set up. After a couple weeks my wife and I returned to the store to turn in our old phones for the trade in. James and Andrew also stepped up to make the experience pleasant, personable and painless. Again the staff was so helpful and fun to work with. Thanks for the great experience. Often times it can be a chore to deal with the big corporate cell phone service stores. Here for a prepaid card for my friend who is visiting a week, we specifically said that multiple times. 2 weeks later, im here because my friend got charged again. Staff said because we set up auto pay and we should cancel it. Well we asked at least four times if we need to come back and cancel it and they said no we dont. While the customer service seemed effective and helpful on the day of purchasing my phone; receiving my first bill told a different story. I was slammed with additional charges, never discussed in signing up with ATT. An activation fee that I was told I paid in store. Insurance that I specifically had asked not to have . An additional $10 per month because their incentive for autopay takes 2-3 months to go into effect and is not retroactive. The lack of knowledge regarding the service representatives have regarding their product is embarrassing. I wouldn't expect such disregard for others from such a large company. I would have loved to return my phone and cancel service, but, of course my bill didn't arrive until after their 14 day policy. Convenient. I recommend steering clear of this establishment if you like honest answers and value your pay check. read more

I went today in to get clarification on a deal/promotion that was promised to the account holder on my family plan since it didn't seem like our plan actually qualified for said promotion. I guess the account holder, my father, had been there recently because when I brought up the issue that needed to be clarified the guy who checked in me, Jay or something...tall kid dark hair, told me within 30 seconds. "I dealt with your father yesterday and he was happy so I feel like you're only in here to cause a scene, I don't remember what was said two months ago (when the deal was made/promised) so if you want to talk to my manager just go right ahead." and that's putting it nicely... I had barely said a word to him and he already brushed me off, luckily Steve actually paid attention to what I was talking about and identified the issue that needed clarification and which actually was a problem. Of course, Jay suddenly remembered the finest details of the conversation in November when it was convenient to him, even though he literally told me he "doesn't remember what was said" moments before. The problem is not taken care of and is still being resolved, not sure what warranted such a hostile response from someone I've never spoken to in my life. I don't care about things like this usually but this was brazen enough to warrant this especially because there is an issue with the account and the way it was setup. We went to AT&T at Burlington Mall bc when we upgraded a phone, they accidentally added a new line. We never wanted a new line. Called customer service and said we had to go in person to cancel the line. Was greeted at the front and was told that we couldn't be helped by another representative. They made us sit and wait until our representative from last visit was available. It was a simple cancel a line and they didn't bother helping. The other representatives sat watching and waiting around. When our representative came over, he said oh, I don't know why the others couldn't help you with that. Never come here if you actually need help. You'll be waiting around for something so simple. read more

Left there having been convinced to upgrade both phones on my plan and to sign up for direct TV because it would save me money. Great. They have sense canceled the install for Direct TV twice already and yesterday I discovered that my bill was double what it's supposed to be. Apparently someone at the store singed me up for an iPad mini with a data plan which I was paying for and additional data services which I did not agree to. Tried calling the store but no answer. Spent two hours on the phone with ATT being transferred from dept. to dept only to be told I needed to call back another day when the fraud dept is open. A complete nightmare. I was being charged over $100/month for two tablets that were not used and I was told 4 months ago that I did not even need to return the tablets. So I asked for a refund for the services which were not used but I had paid for. We were working with Reed who made everything seem so easy. We spent over an hour there looking at all our options. We almost left but he offered to throw in a free Firestick even if we couldn't get the Direct Tv service because of our area. So we agreed. He said we could pick it up the following week. So we signed up and the Direct TV worked out. My husband went back for the stick and Reed said that his manager was on vacation. He said he will call us when the other manager came in. We received no call. Then I went back and left a message to call me about his empty promise and that I wanted to cancel. It's been three weeks and we haven't heard anything. I've been telling everyone about our experience because it just seems like an old school salesman experience. We're chasing him for something he promised. We should have known because I had a bad experience a year ago at the same store with another person who billed us all wrong than what was agreed upon at the store. They were very nice when i was spending 2000 dollars to buy phones through them and switching from verizon to att but they HAVE NO knowledge on actually porting you. The phones were not activated till I spent so much time with phone representatives . THE BILL IS NOT EXPLAINED right at all. No one told me about activation charges or that my employer discount will not be applied till 3 months which cost me 120$ more was slammed with all sorts of charges that were not explained. It was too late to return the phones as the bill is not available till later. Avoid this store totally and buy online or even better stick to verizon. HATE THIS Store. read more

This store could not have treated me worse. Am leaving AT&T as a customer after over 20 years having them as my wireless carrier. Decent customer service is just not that hard. Besides the fact that they lied to make a sale they refused to correct it. Went in three times to try and resolve the problem. Was always told something different after a long wait. First time they said "sorry but you are going to have to keep that line for a year before you can cancel it". I waited a year and paid them and then they said "it's too late for us to correct this". Each time I was sent away saying I had to call customer care. When I call customer care they say I need to go into the store. Last time I went in I asked to see the manager and was told he was too busy. Don't do business with them. Dont go here! I went to the ATT store in the burlington Mall last night and had such a terrible experience.I had trouble finding an employee when I first walked in and had mistaken a customer for the employee because he was standing and the employee was hunched over his phone texting while it was charging in a couch. Once he noticed me he got up and listened for about 3 minutes while I explained my issue. We decided we would change my plan to unlimited and it would cost about $70 w/auto pay. Now, EVERY. SINGLE. QUESTION. I asked, he would click one thing on the ipad (work computer), i'd watch it instantly load to the next page, yet he'd put it down and start texting on his personal phone. This went on for about 20 minutes (prob. a 3 min job). It finally ended with me reminding him I wanted to do autopay. He said sure, picked up his phone and started texting again...then after a minute. he said, i'm sorry what did you want again? I told him autopay, he said get your credit-card, i took it out immediately, and I waited 5 minutes for him to look up from his phone (i thought he was lookin at the ipad) and then he said "oh I can take your card now, i've been ready". Clearly if he was ready he'd had seen it in my hand ready to hand to him for 5 min. I mean, I even pulled out my phone to browse online while I waited, that's how bad it was. Also, the deal was BS. I looked online and the plan stated i was going to be charged $130 one time, then $98 montly. thats 30 more a month plus the initial 130...thats crazy. exactly the OPPOSITE of what I went there for. It already took me several months to get off my butt and stop overpaying for 2gb of data ($70 a month), just to deal with this guy and get screwed even more. So unhappy. read more

Totally mislead by the store on the new AT&T digital life. Asked questions about costs and commitments and was told by the staff at this store that beyond the monthly charge there were none. When the equipment failed to be deliver I called AT&T and am so glad I did because I found out about charges that I had been mislead on. Immediately cancelled the service. very disappointed services! I wanted to return an iPhone recently bought at AT&T online. Still in the original shipping box. Unopened. Called customer services and was assured that I can go to any local AT&T store for a quick return. Also no restocking fee as long as the iPhone box is not opened. However, when I went to this store, the salesperson and the manager insisted that a restocking fee have to be applied before they can accept the return. When asked why this is different from what the customer services said, the store manager rudely replied that the customer services was wrong. It's their policy that all returns have to pay a restocking charge,and that their computer system does not allow the processing without restocking charge. When I said I wanted to check with customer services, the manager became impatient. "Go to return the phone to the customer services if they waive the restocking fee. We're different stores. The most we can do is to offer an exchange if you got it here." I ended up leaving the store without returning the phone. But I know if there is a next time, I definitely will not come here. read more
