He had an incredible attitude problem, and talked down to me, and just told me to contact customer service. His next response was "I don't have a magic button that can fix that." When I told him I didn't understand he finally said, that they are just salespeople, and can't fix anything related to the billing communications (which a bunch of BS because other AT&T stores have helped me with more than just sales questions).
