This store is a scam. 1. They never tell all the charges you will get at the end 2. The don't say twice the same thing. Any time you ask the same question they provide different answer. 3. They don't honor what they agreed to Be careful when you deal with this place. read more

I don't like that you have to walk in and see a line. If you don't know to sign in and get in line, you get lost because you're eager to jump in that line. Here you sign in first and then get in the lin or sit to be called.. That's why places like this they have to be watching the door and working really hard to get you on that list because you wait for a while and someone else comes in after you and gets served before you, that could start a spiral of contempt. I was helped after a very long wait. And when I left I still had to call back to Verizon and get my plan and activation of my account and my device turned on. I waited a couple days before use of that device to find out that it wasn't activated and then my plan not being started is a major fail. You got to find out when people walk in what it is that they want. Then queue them according to that. Letting people sit for a long time and wait is a horrible plan for customer service. read more

I've been here about six times. Some Ok experiences, but recently had several very unpleasant experiences. In the past I purchased my iPhone at the Apple Store. I will always do this in the future. Don't get a phone or expensive accessories from this store. They're only interested in getting your money and after two weeks they could not care less about you. I brought my phone in three weeks after purchasing with a few problems and the person working there could not have been much more rude. He said it had been over two weeks so no matter what the issues are, we're out of luck. He refused to put us in touch with the store manager or owner, claiming he didn't know their last names. Then the case that I purchased with my phone for which I paid 39.99 (10.00 on Ebay) broke easily (the duo hybrid base for iPhone SE, junk). I brought it in to show them, and they could not have been less interested. I purchased a new case online a fourth of the price and much better quality. They have seemingly little to no knowledge about the iPhone (for example, how to do a force restart, basic stuff). Please avoid yourself a headache and don't give this store your business. Not all staff have been rude, but the person working there recently is very very rude. read more

I needed a new phone and went into Verizon store on Mass Ave in Lexington.Staff were friendly but only two real choices for a phone: iPhone or Motorola. There were varieties of each but these two brands. Salesperson highly recommended Motorola Moto X (2nd generation) and not knowing much about phones, I went with his recommendation: ease of use, good camera. Little did I know the phone was 2 years old (From Wikepedia: The second generation Moto X, marketed as moto X and referred to in the media as Moto X (2014), is an Android smartphone developed by Motorola Mobility. Released on September 5, 2014). So when I needed a case for it, and went to the mall, no one had one for a phone "that old." But worst of all, it had a documented history of failing to charge. So last week, when the battery died, I plugged it in to charge and nothing. 3 days later, still nothing. The store policy is if I didn't buy extra insurance hardware is not their problem. So they sell a low quality product and take no ownership or responsibility. Verizon's response: just buy a new phone. Who else can sell poor quality and write it off as "not our problem?" read more
