I purchased a new iPhone and paid everything with my credit card and .23cents were left and were supposed to charge from Cricket plan or my deal which is weird. My credit card is on file in the app for my plan and has auto pay, but they didn't charge me and instead my phone lines were not working and put 22$ fee extra. So in the morning my phone is not working and when I open the app I see I have to pay 22$ fee plus those .23c from my yesterday purchase. Also Mili put insurance on my phone that she didn't even ask at the store. So disappointed with Cricket now and after being customer for 8 years planning to cancel and move to different carrier.

After living with a hairline crack for almost a year, I decided that I was too happy with my phone…read moreto get another - plus. It was paid for. I went to another store and was quoted almost $200. I decided to look around and found igeek. The gentleman behind the counter in the empty store. Said he could fix the phone for a flat charge of $109 if I paid cash. He said my phone would be fixed in about 4 hours. Four hours later I pick up my phone. While driving home to get ready for work, I couldn't use my lock screen option. No response. I thought I could just clean the screen as there are smudges all over the screen. At home I cleaned the screen - still no response. I have up and left for work when suddenly my screen started scrolling. I couldn't stop it. This went on for 5 minutes. Afterwards, I tried to make a call. Fifteen attempts later, it still wouldn't go through. In the afternoon, the next day, I went back. I was told that I CHOSE the faulty screen. I told him he did not give me and option or explain that different screens. He told me he would call me back Monday about the [now]no good phone. It is Wednesday and no call. I am on public transportation, so it's mo r3easong going back and forth. I don't recommend this place - not transparent or open or about their products and services

Travis wanted to help me, and I agreed. He told me that we would remove one line, just as I wanted, and that ,,HE HAVE A GOOD DEAL FOR ME,, He said he would give me a FREE tablet and a watch. But he didn't tell me that I would have to pay for them for three years. Plus, that would add two more lines. So instead of having just one line, as I originally wanted, I ended up with three. He never told me about this. He didn't ask me anything at all. He started processing a new phone without my permission. He didn't even ask me if I wanted a new phone. When I got home, I saw that I now had three lines instead of one. He said it was a good deal, but I'm not sure it was a good deal for me.
