Couple of months go by, all is good with the phone then out of the blue, it stops getting reception ! after looking into it with t-mobile tech support I'm told that because the phone isn't paid off in full, t-mobile and apple locked the IMEI and the phone is pretty much an expensive paper weight ! (Shit!) Did a bit of research and found these guys. Gave them a call and within 24 hours my phone is up and running again ! I didn't even have to go in, everything was taken care of on line and payment was transferred through PayPal. The gentleman that helped me was super on it ! Texting me every time he had an update and then making sure all was good... thanks again guys ! If I ever have any kind of mobile device troubles I know who to call !

Instead they insisted the phone isnt there and the one they have is for another customer. For one, how do you even know what phone we're picking up without asking? I believe they sold the phone to gain commissions on it because they probably dont get commission from online orders. The funniest part is I got an email saying my order was canceled after 72 hours because I didnt pick up the phone. What a freaking joke. Save yourself the trouble and do not go here.
