She let her know the phone was ordered online and she was just there to pick it up. The representative didn't even attempt to gather any information about the order or even try to assist. Instead they insisted the phone isnt there and the one they have is for another customer. For one, how do you even know what phone we're picking up without asking? I believe they sold the phone to gain commissions on it because they probably dont get commission from online orders. The funniest part is I got an email saying my order was canceled after 72 hours because I didnt pick up the phone. What a freaking joke. Save yourself the trouble and do not go here.

Only screwy thing is after I left I realized the change given back was not correct so I drove back and explained I was told the price was $85 + tax but i was charged an extra $5 bucks on the receipt. The lady working had some confusion but correctly refunded me the over charged price. I decided after only 3 days that I didn't like this phone and went to return it. They said they couldn't refund my money but they would refund my tax in some other silly thing .
