Great experience. Store manager helped me with my Business Account. He was able to get my monthly bill down while getting me new devices. Seemed like magic to me. Took an hour + but i expected that going into the store. He was able to answer every one of my questions no matter how obscure and it can be very difficult with a business account. They certainly have no problem charging you for anything they can. But let me tell you if you want help, you will not get it!! I'm so disappointed with this Store on orange as well as the Verizon corporation. They sold me the Internet service and then told me it wouldn't work in my location. If I could give them zero stars I would. It started back in March when I asked them if they could help me please put my glass case on my phone. The girl said it would be $20 dollars....... so I said okay no thanks even tho I've been a Verizon customer for way over a decade. Then today I went in to upgrade my phone to the new iPhone. The girl Sandy told me that I couldn't buy the phone unless I paid for a $69 dollar case and cover. She literally wouldn't let me. And then I said can I please speak to the manager.... she yelled "hey john, she wants to buy the phone naked. I told her no"...... and then the manager john said I couldn't buy the phone unless I bought their ugly basic plain phone case and screen cover for $69 dollars......... I said yeah okay no thank you. Wow what an amazing customer service from Edgar! He did amazing dealing with a long line and one annoying customer. I went it in January to get a new phone and unfortunately there was a long line but it was worth the wait. Edgar was attentive and knowledgeable. I just felt sorry he had to deal with a crazy lady named Giovanna yelling and being obnoxious. She took forever since she came un prepared causing us to wait over two hours! Had a productive time with Verizon in Coronado thanks to Eli, the manager who went above and beyond to help 4 members of my family Upgrade to the S22 Samsung phones. Eli was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and informative with providing us the better value of their current trade in program. He provided my entire family a much better deal and was really attentive to all our needs. He also made sure all data in our old phones were successdully transferred! Highly recommend this location for their excellence in Customer Service that far outweighs all the other Verizon retail stores that we've tried. read more

Pretty upset at the staff at this location which ive been going to for about 10 years. Never had an issue till today. I went in 2 weeks ago to inquire about a warranty i had on a screen protector, which i was told in my case was covered, yet they didn't have any in stock. A staff member offered to have one shipped from a nearby store, would be there in a few days, and they would call when i can come by to replace my screen protector. Two weeks had passed, and i called to inquire. An audibly uninterested person answered the phone, and as i tried to explain my situation, the person and before i could finish, the rudest person i have ever encountered in customer service, would interrupt and state they didn't have the item in stock. I wouldve explained that i already understood that, yet the store had promised to have one sent from a nearby store, but i couldn't as the staff would not allow me to get a word in. I even tried to ask if i can get a word in. At this point the member just hung up on me. Unbelievable. If Verizon and this stores management doesn't research who this person was and doesn't fire them, this person might cause a violent altercation in their store from his attitude alone, aside from ruining a usually great professional store. read more

I've been a long time customer of Verizon and have needed to visit other stores before, but when possible I always come back to the Coronado location. I recently had a chance to upgrade my I-phone to a new 11 model. The team in Coronado helped me choose the right version of the 11 so I wasn't over paying but getting the exact features that I needed. They are one of the few stores that when you purchase the screen protection program and need your screen protector replaced will do it right there. Also, they helped me increase my I-cloud storage for $0.99 a month so that the migration of all my information to my new phone was seamless. I've found all the team members to be helpful but both John and Andres were great this time. read more

My old phone is still working fine. 10 mos later after I was sold a $750 phone unnecessarily from the Coronado verizon store. I increased my rating a point because messaged back by retailer and the Verizon Exec Sales office refunded my "restocking fee" that was added by the store to punish me for fixing my own phone and returning the one they should never have sold to me. This is a chronic problem with these retail stores and needs to be addressed by Verizon. They have to reign these people in who will sell at any cost...protect your long standing customers Verizon. read more

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Wow. Could these guys possibly be any slower or know any less about their job? Avoid this place at all cost. They are unfamiliar with Verizon plans, process, and product. Took 45 min to get a SIM card put in and operating. Oh, they also couldn't get the SIM card activated. AND we're misleading about the cost until it came time to pay. When we asked what the price was we were told $10. Then he rang it up and it was $40? Walk on by this place. read more

Monica is an angel - she was attentive, patient and extremely competent - she helped me to get new phones just before Christmas for me and my husband. She helped us set them up, transfer everything and answered all our questions. I told her I was passing our current phones on to my son when he came to town in a few days. She suggested we come in and she would help make that process smoother and faster. She did just that on the Tuesday after Christmas. My plan was improved and reduced in cost based on her review of our usage. But above and beyond all that, she was lovely and funny and a joy to work with. I have been with Verizon for a long time and have used this particular store in Coronado for many years now and have always had good service but this was exemplary. read more

This place was the WORST! All they did was up sell my wife products and phone lines, financing and restocking fees before she even left the store. I am working directly with Verizon to reverse the charges and their way of doing business is shameful and I would recommend not doing business at that location. Stay far away from here. Wish I could've read these reviews prior to going to the Verizon store on Orange in Coronado. My phone just stopped working last week so I went to what I thought was the nearest Verizon store. You're at a disadvantage to check Yelp when your phone isn't working. I was so angry that I wrote this review when I returned from vacation. It took the guy behind the counter less than 2 seconds to pronounce my phone was a brick. My Pixel 2 phone was 7 months old. I was told I only had two options: upgrade or send the phone in for replacement for $200 and wait for 2 day air. I was told there is no warranty. Besides the phone being less than a year old, I have their total mobile protection. It meant nothing to him. Luckily I went back to my place and via computer, I contacted Google. Not only do I have a 2 year warranty with Google but I have a 1 year warranty with Verizon. The google tech actually called Verizon and got it sorted out so that I was sent another phone under warranty, no charge! I just want to warn others not to go to this store. They will give you bad information with intention to rip you off. read more
