I went in to get my new iPhone set up. Terrible experience and wasted my afternoon. All because 2 boys didn't want to do their job. They started the data transfer, but did the bare minimum. I asked that they show me the basics of my new phone, and they were condescending. Before the data transfer was complete, they packed me up and said I could leave. I asked if I should stay until the process was completed. They said it could finish in the car. Anyway, long story... 3 hours later my phone was not updated. Both employees were snotty when I called and could not answer my basic questions. one sent me to the general number for A T& T, so I had to fend for myself with tech support. I went in person to get this done, and 3 hours later it was not finished! When I called to speak with the manager he was just as juvenile as the employee. I know I sound like an old fart, but this new generation is useless! He said it was not their responsibility. I went to the store on Baldwin and the man was patient and answered my questions and finished everything. Do not enter this store on Sashabaw. It's a joke! read more
