This is not a Verizon corporate store. They are not authorized to give discounts on iPhones or handle trade ins. They will tell you they will give you discount on phone as I was upgrading from iPhone 7 to iPhone 16. I was charged a $39.99 "setup and go" fee even though I have been Verizon customer for 5+ years. And not given discount for upgrading to new phone even though Trey at store told me I would receive a $600 credit. I spent over an hour with Verizon taking care of this matter. Go to Verizon corporate store on Novi Rd to get your next iphone. Otherwise, you will be overcharged and spend hours trying to fix. read more

On the plus side- Had the phone I wanted in stock. Did inform me of a current Verizon promo for phone trade-in of which I was not aware. They however could not take the trade-in because they are not a corporate store. No big deal, I guess. Verizon will send you a kit in which you can send your old phone back. Verizon then credits your equipment payment the amount of the trade-in value. On the neutral side- It took a long, long time to get things done. They did spend some of that time helping me transfer all my data. On the negative side- Watch for fast talk. I was sold a no brand screen protector (you can not even find it online) for the price of a Zagg ($49.95), and then sold a replacement coverage plan for the screen cover $79.95 without my consent. I went back the next day to get a refund for the plan and cancel it. They were hesitant, if not unwilling to refund the money. I was told only the district manager could authorize this and probably wouldn't. Even in this age of instant communication, he was unavailable. I protested more strongly, and was finally told I would get the next two protectors free (usually a $10 deductible for subsequent replacements), and they could be replaced due to normal wear and tear, and not just breakage. While I was in the store, I overheard another customer purchasing a phone for her daughter stating loudly that she did not want the same program I'm describing because it's bull****! Right on Ma'am. I was also told "we're going to get you a 6 ft. charging cord too." Didn't know it was going to be $30.00. Too bad I had already destroyed the box when I opened it. I always buy cables and accessories online. Way cheaper. I think I'll try a corporate store next time. No deals to be had here. Okay! I'm back with an update. I found the screen protector online at mworksproducts.com . It is sold on their website, but not on Amazon or at Best Buy. $49.95 at Go Wireless, $39.95 online. Just sayin'. read more

I've been here on two separate occasions and both times the customer service was very poor and I had to go to another store to get help. Also, they now have to fill out a form with all kinds of personal details before helping customers, no matter what they've come in there for. No, you don't need to know what I do for a living, or what I do for fun. It's very intrusive and not necessary when all I want to do is get a device. They also lack basic knowledge of what services Verizon offers, what plans entail, and how to fix devices. Verizon needs to close this place down. It gives them a bad name. read more

Don't go here.. my screen protector broke that I paid 24.95 for from a regular VZW store.. my phone's total cost was 168.00 Samsung j3 6v I go in there and tell the guy I'm leaving for vacation in the morning and want to protect my phone.. so he tells me 80.00 for the same damn protecter.. screw this place..I'm on my way to a real Verizon store and get a new one for 24.95 and then turn my old one in under warranty.. don't go here people..They are a rip off read more

If you want to buy a phone, tablet or accessory they will sell you all of the above but if you have any problems with the phone, tablet, or plan you will need to go to a real Verizon store. After they sell you a phone tablet and plan they cannot seem to find your account and or information even though you only have one phone number to look up. Good thing we had the invoice because I think they thought we stole the phone and we're trying to pull one over on them. I left the store and called Verizon and had the problem fixed in 10 minutes. Boy oh boy - was I dreading going and getting a new phone and dealing with customer service but let me tell ya'll Kit and Devonte hooked me up. While we waited for the apps to land on my phone and my service to be ported over we talked about MoviePass, phone stuff, and that everyday grind. I appreciate that it wasn't just a stiff, boring interaction. I have never left a review for any business before but this customer service has been so awful that I am forced to. I came here to weeks ago to order the iPhone 11 Pro Max and only was switching to Verizon to get the promo that was being offered. I was told that you cannot pay the sales tax until the phone arrives which was yesterday and that the promo would be over by then. I was promised that I would be able to receive this, and then when I get to the store they are unable to take my iPhone X from AT&T. I let them know I am not paying a restocking fee and just want to return the phone. Only a manager can do this and apparently no managers work here because they always take down my phone number and nothing ever happens. I would not go to this Store because they are very unprofessional, I knew it was a mistake from the beginning!! read more

Buyers beware!!! This store's employees will mislead you any chance they get! I upgraded my phone and was totally assured by bill would only increase by a few dollars. WRONG!!! My phone bill increased by almost 40! They didn't tell the whole truth. I called the Verizon number and after much grief was told basically that they scammed me. Unprofessional and rude salespeople. I went in to order new phones for my husband and I, via a promotion, the salesperson was more concerned about trying to add a tablet onto my order, that I told him I wasn't interested in, than taking care of my actual order. When he finally got around to ordering the phones, he began talking about his personal life. I don't mind learning about another person, but I certainly didn't need to hear about his dating life and if he's going to buy a girl dinner based on how the date was going to end. Upon going home, my husband was disappointed to learn the promotion was for the iPhone 6plus and wanted to upgrade to the 7. We called the store within an hour and were told we couldn't cancel the order, but could upgrade when we picked up the phones. When the same salesperson called to tell me our phones were in, he then said we couldn't upgrade my husband's phone. I called the sales manager and he verified that the salesperson misunderstood the promotion and we could upgrade. He seemed more concerned about his salesperson than about his clientele. We went in to pick up our phones, and were left early with what appeared to be a salesperson in training, while the manager appeared to hide in the back room, making brief appearances when the salesperson had questions. When we got home, I realized my phone was not activated, nor were all my contacts transferred. When I finally went back in to have my phone activated, the salesperson in training was working with a customer and I had someone else finally get my phone activated. Meanwhile the salesperson in training was more interested in the football game on tv, keeping his back to a customer as he closed the sale. I will be finding a new Verizon store in the future. read more

If I could give zero start I would. Sabrina is the worst scam artist! She told me that I got a free case/screen protector with a new phone purchase and I specially asked her 'it's free right? And she said yes. Come to find out she charged me $95 for both. Then when I called to ask about it she lied and said she never told me it was free even though my daughter who was with me remembers me asking and remembers her telling me the same thing, that it was free. I ask to return it and she says 'it's been past 14 days so nothing can be done' well surprise! It wasn't past 14 days she was just trying to get me to not return it. Then I look at my bill, and after me sitting in the store telling her about my bad experience having the insurance on our old phone and telling her I don't want it, she signs me up for the insurance!!! I call to talk to the manager and she says he can't talk because he is on a conference call, I ask when will he be done so I can call back, she tells me 3 hours. Really!? 3 hour conference call for a Verizon store? I find that so hard to believe. Stay away from this store and this girl she is poison and just looking to make commissions off selling accessories even if that means lying to customers. read more

By far, one of the worst customer experiences I have ever endured and it was not once, twice but on three separate occasions. I will spare you the awful, pain staking details but will sum and my experiences in a few short snippets: 1. They gave me a defected phone that would only make calls that were clear and static free 20% of the time. And when I came in to tell them, my phone was actually working that part of the 20%. And so the employee laughed in our face and said "well it's working ..... sooooo..... what do you want us to do?" I asked for the manager. 2. 3 1/2 hours for me to purchase my new phone. 3 1/2 hours. And it was if that was normal time frame it takes them because by no means was there an apology that it took half a day 3. The manager is more concerned about the title of being "manager" than actually being a manager and having to take care some of the harder parts that come along with that job title 4. The manager gave me a metaphor about Walmart and vacuums instead of letting me return my broken phone that he had sold me. Just do yourself a favor and drive an extra ten minutes to go to an actual Verizon Wireless corporate store and not this retailer - this advice will save you hours and hours and hours of headache, frustration and time read more
