    I went in for an upgrade and Matt was the one to help, he was very knowledgeable and was quick, would definitely recommend

    Nope. Wouldn't go here again. Took my phone in for a bad charging port. He quoted me $89. No…read moreproblem. Came back an hour later and he said the port was fine and it just needed to be resoldered so he only charged me $35. Great (I thought), an honest repair. A day later the charging port didn't work. So I took it back again. This time I had to refuse to pay another $99 (his new, seemingly random higher quote) because he already charged me $35 for a repair that didn't work. He said he'd charge me $75. I was mad, but had no choice...so I did it. Now I'm at $110 plus multiple trips (and 2 hours of wait time) for an $89 repair. But wait, it gets worse. I get home and a day later try to setup my phone again....now the Touch ID doesn't work anymore. It worked fine before. Now I had to go back AGAIN. This time he swore up and down it wasn't his fault. Obvious BS since it worked fine before he took it apart. He took the phone in the back room and came out with what he said was my screen, showing me the problem. It wasn't my screen...he made a big show of giving me a free 'brand new' screen "for my trouble". It wasn't a new screen...it was just my screen that he quickly repaired in the back after he broke it previously and then claimed it was a new one. It was all pretty obvious what was happening. This guy isn't good at phone repair. I also got ripped off because he failed the first time. Then I got lied to about something he had broken. No thanks...I'll drive a little further next time I need a repair. (the funny part? As i left, each time, he begged me for a good review online...sorry buddy. Bad, dishonest service means a bad review)

    Having to visit your wireless provider isn't the most exciting errand, but it's a necessity in…read moretoday's connected world (thanks, Elon!). But if you're an AT&T customer, this location will make the event more palatable. I had to upgrade my iPhone (thanks, Steve!) and carved out an hour from my busy schedule. The wait wasn't too long, about 15 minutes, which was only because the staff members are very patient and helpful. There was a procession of older folks that just needed help with some phone function, and I was happy to let them quickly resolve their issues. The nature of a phone upgrade means long periods of waiting for something to process, upload, download, or backup. This left time for some idle chitchat with the staff member, and we bantered about the Tigers losing streak (thanks, AJ!). The timer on my watch read 43 minutes as we were wrapping up. Add on the 15 minute wait up front, and the entire process clicked in at 58 minutes. Not bad for shifting my entire digital life between iPhones. And doing it at this AT&T location made the experience more pleasant than I expected.

They recieved it November 8, 2025. I had to pay like $500 to upgrade early and the payments I had already and made on it. I'm just so thankful that I had kept my return receipt for as long as I have or AT&T would've just stolen almost $800 from me! If I didn't pay it I would've had to go to Verizon to get and start new service. I just wonder how many other people that are out there who threw their return info away thinking all was okay and then just received a HUGE bill and couldn't prove they sent it back when in fact they did. This should be illegal, I shouldn't even be dealing with this, since the phone is sitting in one of their warehouses as I speak. It's ridiculous how the big name companies have to rip innocent people off to line their own pockets. It's sickening to me and I'm a very angry consumer. BAD BUSINESS AT&T, BAD BUSINESS! I think after they fix this, I still might go to Verizon and check out phones n prices. I might be switching phone companies now, I just can not trust AT&T anymore. They are too irresponsible for me!

    DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE!! After having to pay another $80 to get a screen that WORKS, I was told…read morethe tech at Phone Clinic didn't even put all the parts back in my phone. It was missing several screens. And the screens they use are a local Michigan company called Siren (not sure if I have the correct spelling) that cost around $10. $200 screen my ass. My second time as a customer proved more difficult than the first. My phone screen cracked and went in to replace it. The first screen was defected. Because of the manufacturer warranty they replaced it. But apparently with a $100 more expensive one. However it doesn't matter because my screen is impossible to type on. It keeps changing the letters & typing letters or words that I don't type. He claims his testing is accurate - testing isn't typing words but letters slowly, one at a time in the "TO" of a text message. Had he tried typing he would be as frustrated as I am right now trying to type this. I showed him but he claims it was my typing. The screen that I had to get repaired was from my first time getting my screen replaced there. So I know it's possible to act normal. However he refused to listen, or test it out via typing a paragraph even though it has a manufacturers warranty. Also- the repair job was so bad the screen came unplugged from normal use within 30 min. I have dropped my phone thousands of times I'm sure but never has the screen unplugged. Listen.. I don't want to be in your store any longer than I have to. But it's time to make this right. Yelp makes me give at least 1 star but with a 25% success rate & awful customer service I'd really like to give negative stars. Edited to add: After not receiving a phone call from the owner I called the store. The same tech refuses to understand that the screen he put on doesn't work. He claims I'm trying to coerce him into something... into what exactly? I'm not asking for an additional product, I never asked for have a (supposedly) more expensive screen to be put on. I asked to have a screen that doesn't malfunction. He claimed because I walked in without a case on it, that that proves I dropped it. It proved nothing. I didn't drop it, I didn't want to bother bringing the case in with me. What I think they do is put on a terrible screen, customer comes back when it doesn't work & they seem "better" when they put on a "more expensive one". When really they're all shitty products. Because this has happened not once, but twice. He also said he'll appeal this review when it's completely accurate. This is literally the most ridiculous customer service I've ever received. Avoid at ALL cost.

Whereas when I went to go fix it at Apple it took a week. The staff are also very kind and very upfront about anything that might be an issue for them overall very good service very good. People would highly recommend and go back.
