Very good customer service experience. I went in for questions and I was greeted warmly, door held open for me to enter, that was completely unexpected and surprising as it never happened at other at&t and for that matter many other stores in general. My questions were professionally addressed, good attitudes from the rep that helped me, he patiently went through my account and answered my questions one by one, we formulated a plan together, he calculated my costs by paper and pen, and offered suggestions at what is best. Will definitely come back again and hope this kind of customer service continues to everyone who comes in. read more

We were in the store today to upgrade two phones. Josh helped us out and he was the best ever! He was not trying to rush us at all... he took the time to ask us questions to find out what new phone would fit us best. Then he reviewed all the options with us and went over our bill and phone usage to make sure we were using all the features provided to us. Upgrading phones is never fun but today it was enjoyable and pleasant. I hope Josh is there in a few years when we upgrade our phones again.... If he's not, I am sure it will be because he moved in the greater things! Great customer service!! read more

Literally just watched the manager and associate of this store bully, insult, attack, and berate a woman who was trying to change her phone out. She was in tears leaving the store and was totally discriminated against. The associates even followed her around in the parking lot. I've never seen anything like this and instead of buying a new phone from them I will be switching to a new service. These people are insane. read more

I am impressed with the customer service at this location. Our family has been AT and T customers for 15 years and never have this type of service at a AT and T location. Our old store, in western Washington, had never offered the service that April and her store offered tonight. My teenage son did something to his phone and it stopped working. Having a protection plan April went to the website, started the replacement process, contacted the company phone line and had a replace phone promised to us by the company in two days. Our old store basically showed us the door and told us that replacement was our problem to deal with. After insuring we had a replacement phone in the enroute we then were able to trade it in for a new Apple IPhone. The customer service didn't stop there but I was able to upgrade my own phone as well. All the customer service individuals were observed going out of their way to help the customers. I would highly recommend visiting this location for your AT and T needs. read more

This store told me it was not possible to pay up my AT&T Next plan so I would be ready for iPhone 6s preorders. I had to call the 800 # and they told me that the store was completely wrong on their information. The store manager told me that paying up my Next plan to be upgrade eligible and not upgrading to a new device at that exact time was a liability for AT&T, again completely incorrect information. read more

These guys are the worst. A few weeks after getting AT&T I've come to find out they don't allow group text messages over 10 recipients. I've asked for the ToS and Contract details - which I purchased at this store and no one even knows this is a carrier limitation. They were blaming the phone saying Samsung does this. STFU. You know nothing. A Google search yielded that this is an AT&T issue. But still no one care share where in the ToS they limit messages. And when asking the reps at this Corporate store they pass blame and say "we just do sales and know nothing about this". Be careful! read more

I went to buy new phones at this store. The associate that helped me did not care to look at my account. I was told that I could have the BOGO offer if I opened a new line, which I did at the time of purchase. After waiting 2 months to see the credit for the second phone, I asked why I was getting charged for 2 new phones. I was told it was because I did not have an unlimited plan!! No one mentioned that when I was in the store. Now I am paying for 2 phones and an extra line!! Somehow this ended up being my fault- not the salesperson who neglected to tell me about changing my plan to unlimited. AT&T hires salespeople that do not look out for their customers. There was a wait the day after Christmas but they have tables and chairs and wifi for the children to amuse themselves. The queue is displayed and they cranked through the people. When Josh got to us, he got two phones upgraded and put screen protectors on lickety-split. We were in there maybe 45 minutes but it sure didn't seem that way. I was in this store on the 3rd of may. The worst service I have ever had I walked in the store with my 15yr old daughter with intentions on upgrading our phones. We were approached by Keith and wow the guy from the start was rude very aggressive we sat down and he proceeded to tell us what we needed to do to upgrade the phone or file a insurance claim due to us still owing $360 on the phone which won't stay on and is cracked but in the case which he took off the phone and still had off the phone when he tossed it to me and said for me to get the fuck out. I asked if he really threw the phone at me mind you my daughter is with me he said gtfo I didn't want to make matters worse while with my kid so I got up and started walking to the door and Keith kept asking me if I was scared so I told him he wouldn't be talking to me like this if we were outside and he proceeded to tell me gtfo and that I was scared that's why I was leaving LOL like he wanted me to do something in the store. I called and spoke with Matt the manager he proceeded to tell me I am not welcome back there I asked why he said I threatened his employee I asked Matt if he could review the footage he said he will not do tht and for me to stay the fuck out of his store! I am a customer of a business account for a few years now and now I will be taking my business elsewhere this is not ok. Stopped in here on iPhone 6 release date, Sep 19, just to put the phone in my wife's hands to see how it fit. There was a small line outside which was controlled by the store manager Eric. He was very courteous in explaining what was happening and why. He had some snacks and water for those waiting. He had it set up so that the only customers in the store were those currently being helped by an associate. Our time came after about a 30 minute wait.We had Kassandra for our associate and she was was EXCEPTIONAL! I have been dealing with cell phones and sales people for a long time and I say that Kassandra is by far the best that I have dealt with. She was very knowledgeable about the product and very efficient in processing all that we needed to do. We walked out with 2 iPhone 6's with cases and changed our rate plan. Kassandra was ver meticulous in making sure that my case, OtterBox, was perfect with no dust on the inside. She was the same with my wife's screen protector and case, she wanted it as perfect as we did. We live in a different area of Colorado Springs from where this store is located but I will drive the extra distance needed to do business with Kassandra and this store for my wireless needs. read more

Att is great the day you sign up. After that it's all downhill. A few weeks ago I got a text that congratulated me for service I didn't sign up for and then signed me up for it. So I get online to chat with the customer service-less customer service and spent the better part of an hour and a half with three different people reading flow charts trying get them to not sign me up for service I didn't ask for. They finally get someone who can almost comprehend what I'm saying and assure me everything is taken care of. A month later my bill arrives and then the fun starts. My wife and I use less 1.5 GB of data a month and had a plan that gave us 6 GB each. I was planning on reducing it, but we signed up for a special deal on phones 2 years ago and it wasn't a big deal. So my new bill is roughly $50 higher than it was the previous month before I got signed up for additional service I never wanted. They charged me an extra $3 per phone for some security plus I didn't need, want, or sign up for and we got magically enrolled in the most expensive plan they have with 24 GB of data per month. The last time I had a problem with AT&T I tried to resolve it at their store...of course the store can't do anything for customer service related issues. So your choices are to chat or call a service number and get assurances that are worthless. This company has the worst customer service or lack thereof I ever encountered and it's sad for how much money they receive, that the one thing that should be designed to keep people happy is a complete waste of time. Tomorrow I start my quest to try and get my account back to where it was and attempt to recoup my losses, but based on previous experience I'll likely end up cancelling everything and look for a wireless provider that has a customer service department that is competent. read more
