I hate calling ATT for anything. After spending hours on the phone to try to add a line into ATT I was frustrated to the max that they kept sending me from one store to another to pick up a SIM card to "make it work". I called this store to locate a SIM card. Kevin helped me and went above and beyond - cancelling out a previous port request and setting up a new port. Patiently working for over an hour, Kevin got my line ported. Kevin is very knowledgeable and highly accountable!! unlike others at the call center (who kept transferring me and directing me to dead ends) and other physical locations who never took the initiative to try to resolve my issue, - Kevin resolved it. I am shocked at my last experience of this store. I just returned from an extended stay out of the country where my sim card was not in my phone for 2 months. Upon my return I re-inserted my sim card and it refused to authenticate on the AT&T network. I rebooted/validated all the settings but no go. So, today I went to my local store to get the issue resolved. I walked in and a young lady still sitting in her chair looked up from her phone that she was looking at and asked me (no smile) "How can I help you"? I told her my story, expressed my frustration of how it was to be stranded in LA w/o phone service and she was flatly unsympathetic. She then said, sounds like a technical problem and would need a new sim card. I said, OK fine, whatever. I just need it working. She then said.. well.. I don't think I can help you because all these sim cards we have can't be given away. I never asked for a "free" sim card. I just wanted my phone fixed. I said, I don't give a damn about the cost, I just need my phone. Again, this conversation was had with her still seated. She then said... well, don't be cussin' at me... I don't want to help you. She then looked over her shoulder at her co-workers and asked.. any of you going to help him... I won't. I was shocked.... anyhow. A male co-worker came over, took my phone, replaced the sim, re-authed the sim and I was done in about 3 minutes. Here is the kicker. All the while he worked on my phone the female employee remained seated and started watching videos on her phone with the sound turned up. She was watching videos where someone was asking females about their sex lives and their sexual preferences and why they did not like men anymore. Un-believable. I can't think of a worse customer experience with ATT and I have been with them for 20+ years. I spend about 150-200 dollars each month and have done for years. Always paid my bills/etc. On a positive note, the young man there was fast/courteous and resolved the problem quickly. read more

If you need some assistance with your phone or service go here and get with Brandon. He sold me my phone 2 years go. I went in for a visit today just to see if he could save me some money on my plan. He knocked $15/month off my bill, then told me in early Sept my bill will go down $30 or so once my phone is paid for. He's quick and knowledgeable and won't try to sell you on crap you don't need.
