Lied about new bill price. Sold me a watch and phone and my bill is $40 more a month than what they said it would be.

Extremely rude and unhelpful customer service. When asked for simple assistance with a device issue, the customer support team member shouted at me from across the store and could not be bothered to look up my account information. Upon asking a follow up question, the customer support team member declined to even get up from sitting at a table and continued to yell loudly. The entire interaction was appalling & quite embarrassing for myself and the several other customers in the store. I can honestly say after being a customer of AT&T for several years, I have never experienced such shameful behavior from a customer support team member! read more

Super slow service. Was transferring service from Verizon to AT&t. Had done the order online and pick up phone at the store. When I reached the store, they don't not have my order. It took 2 hours to get the process done with the store guy attending two other customers. Waste of time. Won't come back. read more

I stopped by tonight to talk to someone about some questions and possibly upgrade my phone. I have not been successful with this online. I have been a customer for over 20 years. I appreciate everyone had masks. They were busy and there was a wait so, I was put in a cue. I was fine with waiting. I waited for about an hour. I was next in the cue- however instead of waiting on me next- or even addressing me to tell me why I wasn't next- the sales guys waited on a man who was in the cue after me, another man who walked in 5 mins before being waited on, and anither customer who was further down on the cue. Not sure if it was because I was a female, but I was the only single one there. One sales guy did notice I was leaving, but that did not change the situation. Not happy!! read more

The store associate Brian was very helpful in troubleshooting an iPhone glitch. He was knowledgeable about possible upgrades and wasn't pushy, but humorous through the process. We did not upgrade the phone today since we came in about 30 min until closing but will definitely be back at this location and can hopefully be assisted by Brian. read more

Employee - Darian B. was so helpful with my family and I with switching from Verizon to AT&T. He gave us different price quotes and doing comparisons with what I was paying at Verizon to how much money I'd be saving by switching with AT&T. He was very patient as we were there for a bit and made sure we walked out of there satisfied and our new phones working properly. If you ever need help make sure you ask for Darian! Went to get a landline phone only. When I went I said this from the beginning and asked If they had them I was told they did. The assistant tried to sell me everything BUT a landline and when ready to discuss payment for taxes after an hour or more I was told they no longer provide land lines but I could buy the base off Amazon for $299.99 Very disappointed in at&t and the way things were handled . Chris and Mike were awesome! Got switched over in no time with no issues! It was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a carrier. They were super friendly and helped along the way. The cranberry twp store is terrible. The staff is incompetent, to say the least. Wouldnt listen to what was going on woth the phone, just jumped straight to the easiest route for them. Wasted money there for them to fix a problem. They couldn't fix it, so they made up some bs about having to take the phone to apple. So I went to Verizon, figured out the real issue, and now I'm dropping at&t. Verizon for the win. read more

This store is a great location to get assistance. Everyone is extremely professional and responsive. However, Stephanie is the only representative I want helping me. She is extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable about their products, services and accessories. She is worth the wait if she is waiting on another customer. My family and me have been working with her the last several years and it's worth the drive just to have her help you with your needs. First of all, I should have read some of the reviews of this store in Cranberry as well as others around Pittsburgh as they are not good. My wife and I went to the Cranberry store in December to get new phones and by the way were going to change providers to AT&T. We spoke to Mike who, at first was a typical salesman and seemed to know what he was talking about..the phones we wanted (both Samsung's) were not in stock (big mistake on our part). However we were assured they would come quickly. My wife's phone came 2 or 3 days after ordering. My phone was not due to be shipped until early January (so ok I was willing to wait). In the meantime we were sold 2 phone cases and the liquid protector. ( put on our charge card). Ok now so it's Jan 13th the day my phone is to ship, but no notice. I call ATT but they say oh oh the phone is backordered and we dont know when its going to ship...so I go to the store and wait the typical half hour to get a salesman (Mike). I told him that I decided to turn everything as I can't get the phone I want. I also said I want a refund on the cases and protectorant. Oh he says we have a restocking fee, I say no no. Then he says oh you needed to have the first phone activated after 7 days of receiving (no one told us this when we got the phones.) so for the time being I am stuck with this phone and the 800 dollars. Since they apparently can't reactivate in store. So since Mike couldn't handle the pressure, he calls on Justus. I then offered to get an upgraded Samsung which wold cost a bit more but was willing to do this, but since they can't activate my wife's phone (the 7 day thing), this was not going to work. Fortunately Justus was able to call ATT and get an ok to send my wife's phone back so there would be no charge and i was able to get a refund on the cases and protectorant. So all in all not a good experience. Not being told about the 7 day activation was the biggest gaff, even tho they knew my phone was going to take longer to ship..I am now going to "sprint" back to a much better provider. read more

Clean store. Zach Graham provides great service and the other representatives seem friendly. Pet peeve alert: don't try to get something for nothing. The reps really could care less if you threaten to leave their service and go somewhere else. It's 2012 people, phones cost around $700 bucks and every carrier has strengths and weaknesses.
