We got the unlimited package to just find out that we could only get 1 bar and NO internet ! We didn't even get 2 bars where this location is at. Wasted almost $300 on their service for NOTHING. Got lost in the middle of nowhere at night with no signal to call for Help. We called costumer service TWICE so they could fix it but nothing happened ( witch they were also UNPROFESSIONAL & EXTREMELY RUDE ) . The 3rd time we called they denied us a refund for the HORRIBLE service . we didn't even used 1GB out of our "UNLIMITED service " WASTE OF TIME & MONEY.

They were forthcoming and helpful but certainly weren't willing to do anything to look at chganging anything for me in terms of my weird and error-prone plan, probably because they're not supposed to. I've come across more useful stores and cheaper ones, but it's all so expensive and they're all similar... and they're in the same plaza as T Mobile, and I like them better than T-Mobile by the way.

Neither AT&T or the store refused to make good on the salesperson's assurances to me. Given the other AT&T stores readily available in the area, I would definitely steer clear of this one.
