THEY DO NOT DESERVE ONE STAR! The customer service is terrible! Red flag #1 - Frontier sent a text message to confirm my installation appointment. I responded with the "confirm" prompt; however, frontier responded with a "cancellation" prompt. ‍ Red flag #2 - I called to notify them that I attempted to confirm my appointment via text but I received a cancellation notification. The representative told me not to worry because I still have an appointment for March 1st from 8am-12pm. As we waited, no one showed up so we called frontier at 12:05pm. They promised us that a technician would come to install between 1pm-5pm. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP AGAIN. Red flag #3 - I received a text message the day AFTER my installation was scheduled to take place. A technician is now schedule to come March 2nd from 1pm-5pm. SAYS WHO? Who said that I will be available? When did the time change? How do I know that you will really show up THIS TIME? Red flag #4 - I called customer service to ask why the time keeps changing and the representative said they promise someone will show up the third time. Red flag #5 - I asked to speak to a manager because at this point I need someone to convince me that the actual service will be more reliable than the people. I was on hold 15 minutes. The fiber is absolutely unreliable. It goes out when a rain shower passes by and there is no urgency to get it back on line.

When the service goes out, it's out for days. Currently in day 3 of an outage. There is no reliable service number to speak to anyone. Just automated letting you know that you will not be speaking to anyone. Update texts you receive on the status of the outage are a joke. They don't tell you anything. Frontier Communication puts no priority on repairing outages and never explains that their field technicians don't work at night or on the weekends. I learned that today after speaking with tech support because my fiber internet has been out 22 hours. They admitted that the outage was 9 hours old before the supervisor even picked up the ticket! This was from their own employees explaining why my service was still out. Funny when I signed up for the service they never mentioned this! Also there is No customer service number.
