They added a $699 paint protection film that she never received nor agreed to be added, a $1095 acquisition fee a $899 dealer fee, $994 upfront fees and $1298 sales tax/tavt fee. She gave $2500 in cash at signing and they did not apply this to cap cost reduction. We reached out to them regarding violating consumer protection laws and leasing laws and they refuse to admit any wrong doing.

The overall experience was incredibly deceptive. The front-counter staff exhibited completely unprofessional behavior. While I was in the store deciding over the phone with a parent about what tire to get, they were whispering and laughing excessively right in front of me.
