They added a $699 paint protection film that she never received nor agreed to be added, a $1095 acquisition fee a $899 dealer fee, $994 upfront fees and $1298 sales tax/tavt fee. She gave $2500 in cash at signing and they did not apply this to cap cost reduction. We reached out to them regarding violating consumer protection laws and leasing laws and they refuse to admit any wrong doing.

The only thing preventing this from being 5-stars is that the store was understaffed. When I arrived, there was only one poor employee there trying to help about 5 of us in line. When another employee came in early, the working employee expressed his thanks that he had come in early so he could help him. The second employee, realizing he was a few hours ahead of his shift time, just went into the back to hide from the line of customers instead of help. The employee working actually had to call him up to help, to which he initially responded that "he wasn't supposed to be there then." While I get that from the employee who arrived early's perspective, at this point you're already there and customers have seen you, so why not just clock in and help the large line that had formed (at no fault of the employee working)?

Now 5k and wanted to register. Did reviews and Todd was mentioned highly. Called and asked for him. Held a bit and then heard "this is Kate." Ok, set appt. Set appt for 15th at 2. Well got virus on 9, so called the following Monday - yup vm, and asked for either the 23rd or 24th around the same tie. Got a vm with "Ok Friday." Well is that the 24th or the 17th??? Called back and left vm questioning. Nothing, but on the 16th got a vm message from Heather confirming my appointment for the next day - Fri 17th. Called and left message for her and nothing. Can't help but think if you try to make an appointment and you get this kind of "service," how will they do with my car - ouch. Moving along as there are other Ford service places. This type of situation falls upon management; poor management, poor service.
