This place is an absolute scam avoid it like the plague. I was sold a broken phone that completely stopped working within an hour. When I went back reasonably expecting a refund the store attendant, Ace, not only refused to help but had the nerve to call the Milton Police Department on me. Imagine that I get scammed and I'm the one who gets the cops called on me! Ace was beyond rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Zero manners, zero accountability. And honestly, that attitude seems to reflect the entire business. They don't care about customers they care about taking your money and avoiding consequences. I had it replaced 7/17/23 and when I went back in today to get the same service and I was told it was $43 instead of $33 a few weeks ago. I came to Cellairis to get one of the lenses of my camera on my iPhone 12 Pro Max replaced. It was cracked from where I dropped it and did not have a protector over it. I found this place very convenient, because I could leave my phone while I shopped at Walmart. I worked with Mark, who gave me a very reasonable quote and estimated time frame. After signing some paperwork, he told me that it would take him about an hour and a half. I finished my shopping within 45 minutes and decided to go check in. Turns out, my phone was repaired and ready to go early than expected, which was so nice. Trust me, it feels so weird to not have your phone. I sent my daughter to Cellairis yesterday to have her iPhone screen repaired. Although I had one repaired there months ago, the price is now $70 higher, and only $20 less than Apple. I told her to ask to see a price list and he said "Why?". She let them do the repairs and when the employee finished repairing the phone, he told her to give him 5 stars and she told him that she would later. He grabbed her phone back and said - we can do it right now. He put 5 stars (for himself) and said something like - 5 stars? Isn't that right? The overcharging is aggravating but the worst was this guy rating himself, while she stood there in shock. This is no way to run a business. So I broke my iPad pretty terribly and the thing wasn't workin at all. I called multiple locations and this Cellairis offered the cheapest pricing within 5 counties (yeah, I called a lot of stores). The dude fixed my screen in a day and the customer service was amazing, he was super kind and hella funny. 10/10 would come here again. Even though there's a couple of dried up glue on the sides you can easy just rub it off and it's like brand new. I also tested to see if my Apple Pencil works on the screen just in case there might've been an issue and there wasn't an issue, it was perfectly drawing as usual, maybe even a little better either way, come to this location for fast service and cheap prices, fr fr. AVOID THIS LOCATION !!! I visited this store Sunday Aug 2 at approx 10:50am. To be specific, this is the store inside of the WalMart on Windward Parkway in Alpharetta, GA. Employee / technician was NOT WEARING A MASK. I stood away from the counter and told him that I needed a new battery for my iPad Pro. He had trouble hearing me (as I was wearing a mask). I pointed to my face and he pulled out a flimsy mask which he put on. AS HE WAS LOOKING SOMETHING UP IN THE STORE COMPUTER, HE PULLED HIS MASK DOWN, WET SNEEZED TWICE INTO HIS HANS THEN PULLED THE MASK BACK UP!!! He then asked to see my iPad , extending his freshly-sneezed-into-hand, no doubt still wet with whatever was in his nose. I said can you sanitize your hands please! I just saw you sneeze into your hands!!" He then offers some ridiculous pricing to replace the battery, stating that the quote was so high because there was a huge chance that he could crack the screen while attempting to replace the battery. If you even think of walking into this store at the Christiana Mall in DE - you need psychiatric help. I made this mistake and am looking for a doctor now. My daughter dropped her Moto Z4. The screen cracked and the very bottom of one corner of the phone case itself cracked. I stupidly advised my daughter to go to this place because replacing the screen was $20 cheaper than the better place. first they promised the screen would be there on Tuesday. We called on Tuesday and now he was saying Thursday. I immediately asked for my money back and voo wa la all of a sudden they had one at the store. We took it in and he said it would take 30 minutes. he did say because of the crack in the case it may crack more by working on it. We said ok. When we get back the case was destroyed. I am not sure how it held onto the phone at all. He did say it may crack more but wholly heck!! We left with the screen working. About an hour later the screen went out and we could do nothing to get it on. Next day we took it back. He checked it and told us the screen was bleeding - whatever the heck that means. To me that means the part was defective. I argued it should be replaced for free since it was a defective part. They finally agreed. Then they told me they ordered it from Ebay and it would not be in for a week. I asked why they did not over night it. He said they refused to pay for it. I offered to pay and they said it was too late. So I went in with a working phone with a cracked screen and a very small crack in the back. Brought two iPhones in to fix a cracked screen on both, and got them both back with problems. One was flickering around the perimeter of the screen after. The second phone stopped blacking-out when on a phone call, so my cheek ends up pressing mute or hanging up. Also, when using different apps, random screens pop up, now. These issues were not happening before brining our phones to him. When my husband went to tell him about it, he fixed the flickering, but for the second phone, he said it was having software issues and he wouldn't do anything to resolve the problem. Phone failed (because a broken glass repair is not just a broken glass repair; it is the replacement of screen + digital components of phone interface). I took it back in after 10 days (30 day warranty). Cellairis would not honor their 30-day warranty - because they said there were scratches on the screen (NOT). I then took the same phone to Peachtree Computers. They replaced the unit. It, too, failed. But Peachtree Computers honored their 1-year warranty and replaced the unit again. Do NOT go to Cellairis. I've been a customer for 5 years and purchased lots is stuff from them, including their cell phone case bundles with lifetime warranties. My last few visits have been entirely disappointing. Apparently, leaving a bad Yelp review is the only way to get a manager or owner to contact customers so here it is. I bought a protection plan on 7/22/2015. I took the phone in on 4/29/2016 with a broken screen. Hermeet was not able to find us in the "new system" but he and another female employee looked us up in the "old system." They found our plan, fixed the screen, we paid for another screen protector, and Hermeet said they would add us to the new system. My daughter takes the same phone back in on 9/19/2016 and was told that we are not in the new system so unless we have our original receipt from 2015, we are out of luck. She explained what happened in April but the guy just said we are out of luck. I called and left a voicemail asking for a manager or the owner to call me but no response. I called today (9/20/2016) and the employee refused to give me his name. I explained what happened and told him that I have the charge showing on my debit card statement (total paid equals the exact price of the plan plus tax). He said he couldn't help me. I asked to speak to the manager. He told me to come into the store tomorrow and his co-worker would help. I told him that I wanted to speak to the manager and he said "come tomorrow." I asked if the manager would be there tomorrow and he said "I don't know." I asked him to leave my name and number for the manager to call me. He said that managers and owners give orders, they don't take orders and that I would just need to come into the store tomorrow and his co-worker could help me. I asked for his co-worker's name and he refused to give me his name. Why is it so difficult and what is so wrong with leaving a customer's name and number for a manager or owner? Are you really above calling a customer back? You get a "new system" but you still have to keep the records of your customers. Hermeet has already found my account once a few months ago. Took my sisters phone up to get the screen replaced and 2:00pm was told to come back at 7:00pm. Came back and was asked If I could leave the phone there overnight. Now normally I wouldn't be so critical but after paying so much for a service you'd expect the customer service to be top notch. Also if you set a customers expectation for something to be done at a particular time it should be done or you should call them and not have them waste their gas. Came back up 1 hour later to find that my sisters phone was not done. Still had to wait until almost 9pm. By far this was the worst service I've experienced in any establishment for quite some time. My advise for anyone needing a screen replaced go to Apple at least try are reputable and stand by their work and probably do a better job with setting customers expectations about things. read more

If I have option to give zero star I would. I took my iPhone x to them for screen replacement. They charged me with 137 dollars. The guy who fixed my screen said I can bring it back with any damage in 6 month, he will take care of it. The very next day, I dropped my phone on carpet and it cracked. It was a small crack, and my screen turn partially blue and then turned black. I called the store around 8:20pm to see if they still have iPhone X screen, they said they have it and ask me to come over. However, when I got there, they told me they are out of it. I was told to come back next day at 12:00pm, I drove there again and they said they can't fix it until 2 and I have to pay full price. I called their manager, manager told me the screen is shitty because of the corona virus and everywhere else have shitty screen as well. He insist there is no way I will get my screen fixed without paying and his technician didn't say I will get my phone fixed. So I was given an overseas trip along with very nice headphone be set, which will not fit the phone because of the wrong case. You REALLY have to Have a sharp eye, Make sure everything they tell you is open, honest, above board, and understood by both parties....especially the customer and in writing. *** BEWARE: Poor Workmanship, Dishonest and Unprofessional Staff. I am 70 years old and went to this store to replace my broken cell phone screen. They charged me $80.00 for service and the part. When I picked the phone back, touch screen stopped being responsive periodically and hence unreliable. To summarize, I had to go back to store about 6 times and each time I was given a different reason about some fix they made to rectify the issue - none of which worked. Finally, they told me there was another problem and it required an additional $125 to fix which I did not trust and hence asked for a refund so I can take to another store. They didn't agree to refund the original charge either - leaving me totally helpless. In addition, the young lady at customer desk was curt and unprofessional towards my concerns and repeatedely told me "be quiet". This has been a very disappointing and traumatic experience for me and not the correct way to treat a senior citizen. I had to finally call my credit card company who agreed to refund me and take on the dispute directly with this company. Please beware of this place. My husband went & paid to get his phone fixed at Cellairis, when he picked it up he noticed that the bottom of the phone was cracked where the charging port is & he told them that & they said they would order the parts to fix it & contact him when they have received it for him to bring the phone back to them, we went home & he tried charging his phone & the only way it would charge was on the wireless charger, after awhile of waiting & nobody contacting him to come have it fixed we went back to the store & the store said they don't even recall that conversation & they weren't going to get the parts to have it fixed... we asked for corporates # & were given the wrong #. After the phone wouldn't even stay on, my husband contacted corporate through an email he found & Mindy Gann (who he's been emailing) claims she is customer service, even though online it says she is the Marketing Coordinator... she said my husband needed to get the imei # inside the back of the phone which of course he didn't want to chance opening the phone & possibly causing more damage to it, so he said he couldn't get to it, & she said well that's the only way she could create a ticket. So emailing back & forth stopped & we drove approximately 2 hours to the corporate office where my husband spoke to Alyssa Carroll (Manager, Repair Service Center) & Andrew LaBasi (Cellphone & Computer Repair Technician) for almost an hour, they looked at the phone & said if they had the parts they would fix it right then & there but they didn't so told him to contact customer service again & get the parts ordered & he could go to any of the locations to have it fixed or even come back & drop the phone off to the corporate office & have them fix it... they told my husband how he could go about getting the imei # without having to take the back of the phone off, which Mindy failed to tell my husband he simply could call our phone service provider to get that! They shook their heads in disbelief of how we have been treated but clearly they are two faced because they ran to Mindy & before we knew it there was an email from Mindy letting us know they will not be fixing my husband's phone! Worst customer service! My husband just got off the phone after calling the corporate office & asked to speak to someone other than Mindy & they transferred him to Mindy anyways who was so rude & told my husband not to go to there office again & then after hanging up she emailed my husband to make it clear again they will not be fixing the issue their technician caused, so my husband pretty much paid them money to have their technician break his phone instead of fix it & they definitely need some hospitality training because they thrive on calling their customers liars... not just the technicians but corporate too!!! This guy is a lifesaver! He is hardworking, good at his job & truly cares about his customers. I've been to this location twice, both within one week. I cracked my iPhone two days after he fixed it (I didn't put my ottorbox or case back on) & according to the warranty he didn't have to do anything(since I cracked it) but he still fixed it at a discounted rate out of the kindness of his heart. This guy is truly understanding: he gave me a rate I could afford and lost profit just to help me. My mom, also, got her phone repaired there and is very satisfied. It usually takes 20 min, so you can walk around Walmart, get your nails done at the salon next door, etc., while getting it fixed! Cellairis just saved me $1,000! My iPhone X suffered significant water damage after dropping it into the deep end of a pool. My "waterproof" iPhone shut off and would not power on at all!! I stopped by Cellairis and let them look at it for me but was not expecting my phone to be repairable. I dropped it off and received a phone call a few hours later and Voila!
