Getting my current phone serviced and then purchasing a new phone was a very pleasant experience. In fact, it would not be an exaggeration to call it an amazing experience. I dealt mostly with the manager whose name is Manny. I did not know him prior to walking into the store. He is very knowledgable in term of technology and fixed a very complex issue with my iPhone. This issue was not anything that occurred as a result of my AT&T service. Later I decided to upgrade my phone. Again, exceptional customer service by a very knowledgable team. I did not grow up with technology and can get a bit befuddled with all of the recent advances. Manny was kind, patient and quite cheerful. This store is filled with shady people that will bash other companies and individuals to ensure you stick with them just so they can meet their own sales goals. They will add protection plans and lines you didn't consent to just for their own commission. This place is completely unprofessional. read more

Communication and integrity are clearly lacking at this location. My partner and I went in to upgrade our phones, spent over 4 hours and $600+ doing so. I got a screen protector and a case, they said there is a buy 2 get 1 free deal on accessories. Awesome, I pick up a wireless charger too. The associate goes to apply my screen protector and completely messes it up. Wrinkles, bubbles, fingerprints in the adhesive. They go to put another one on, no more in stock. They tell me there is a better version but ill have to pay another $20, I told them I did not see why I had to pay for their error. They back down, put on the better screen protector and tell me to come back in 24hrs if it isnt completely adhered and they'll replace it. 30 hours later, screen protector is peeling up at the corner and has air bubbles so I return to the store. We walk in, tell the associate whats going on. She says "Okay, I'll help you after I finish with this customer." 25 minutes later, she turns to us and says "I can't replace that, I already had to yesterday. You have to speak to the manager." We go back again on our next day off. Speak to the manager, explain all the above info. Manager says he can't replace the screen protector again, but will give me a refund. Goes to process the refund, find out he can't because of the buy 2 get 1 deal. He said he would give my info to the regional manager and to expect a call. Now I have an ineffective screen protector, am out $50, and no solution. Not to mention that there were over $60 in unknown charges to the account placed on the day we upgraded that then had to be reversed by AT&T corporate. I highly suggest avoiding this business, and if you MUST use this location, make sure you only deal with the manager. The associates are not knowledgeable, and one in particular (Pam) was incredibly rude and condescending. I've never written a negative review before, but after all of this wasted time and money, I'm pretty frustrated. read more

DESPICABLE! I should have realized that I was about to receive horrible customer service when the CS agent returned back from lunch 30 minutes late. The other customers waiting with me outside left but I persisted. I told the agent I was very upset about my $280 monthly charges given that my three phones were already paid for. The agent told me I could get a fantastic deal: 3 new phones for "Free" if I agreed to 3 new phone lines AND....my monthly charges would be reduced to $150 per month. Already being angry, I told him that I am well aware that 3 new phones would never be "FREE!" I did not need new phones since all of mine were iPhone X and they had been purchased outright. He swore up and down and promised me...and I have it in writing....in his penmanship. I agreed to take 2 new phones and 2 new phone lines that he told me I did not have to use. "They will be place-holders, just to get you the good monthly deal with these 2 new lines." Long story short, my bill increased for two months. I then went back to the store to ask him what was up. He told me that I had not waited for enough billing cycles to pass to see my new low rate. Well, two months after that (which was this week) I called the 800 customer service phone number to hopefully get a straight story. The rep told me, "I am sorry ma'am, adding two new phones and new lines will never reduce your bill." Unfortunately, these two new phones roped me into 30 more months of installment charges! Big surprise there! I am disgusted beyond words. The young punk took full advantage of me. Beware of him: Tall, like six feet, dark hair and chunky (although he would describe himself as buff.) Very disappointing. Been a customer for over 20 years. Went in to take advantage of the buy one get one phones. I was told I could only get the free phone if I added a line or dropped a number and then added a new one????? Crazy talk. Within 15 minutes on the phone with a representative named Devan I have 2 phones on the way to me as advertised and no need to drop a phone number. Shame on the Dayville location on their Poor customer service and snippy attitude telling me they were sorry I was misinformed by the rep I spoke to on the phone. This place likes to do what they want instead of what you ask for. They have no idea what they are doing over there. My husband's phone was acting up. Since he was eligible for an upgrade he went to the store. Nope, they made him payoff his phone cause there was a couple months left on it. Which is bull crap. Then instead of an upgrade to his phone. They opened a new line to our account. We have 4 phones 4 people. Now we have 5 phone lines with 4 people? we never asked for that. My husband went back to have them fix this. He was told the manager is the only one that can fix the problem. We had to wait until he came in to work. We received a phone call saying the manager would be in on Sunday. Okay, waited and went in on Sunday. Mind you this was the third time going. Yep, no manager. They couldn't do anything of course. I called AT&T customer service they said there was no reason they couldn't fix the issue and demand they do so. So, today my husband goes back to get everything straightened out. After my husband was done there. I looked at the email I received of all that was done in the store. NOTHING! He was told it was all set. They never removed the extra line that they added. It was never straightened out. How hard is it to do what was asked. My mind is blown. I am so mad. After this is fixed the way it should be. I will never step foot in this store ever again. To anybody going to this store read your bill. Ours went up $342.00 in one visit just trying to upgrade. Beware!! read more
