I was in the area so I decided to give this one a go and I'm really glad I did. I purchased an adorable butterfly ring from the Jewlery counter and the cashier was absolutely wonderful! She didn't sigh at every request unlike my experience at other Tj Maxx's. I found that most of the people who worked here were wonderful. Another woman told me about all the new items they had just gotten in and pointed me in the right direction. I ended up buying more stuff and when I went to cash out at the register I was in awe at how friendly and helpful this cashier also was. This store is also ORDERLY and neat unlike other TJ's where you can't find anything! Maybe it's because I had so many problems at other stores that I was expecting worse, but I'm glad I gave it a go and I would definitely return to this store! I had to split the transaction and pay with two different debit cards after customer service trying to cash me out and applying two more loans on my affirm account. $90 was taken out of my regular bank when one of the 3 approved loans went through. However Walmart doesn't do in store Walmart Affirm purchases anymore which I didn't know and neither did the three other employees that tried to help me knew. So now I have 3 pending loans, $90 out of my bank on top of $350 out of another account and $99 out of another account. I have disputed with my bank, affirm, and Walmart. No one has resolved my issue. I'm pretty sure it's not legal for an employee to apply for loans on your phone. And higher up management should be communicating with staff that in store affirm is no longer a thing since Jan apparently. Very upset with the experience, very disappointed that I had pay out of pocket for three loans I was approved for which ended up being well over $1000 in loans. Entering the mall on the far right you will encounter a wide hall with a few benches, community bulletin boards and public restrooms. Walk to the end and turn left to enter the mall. Restrooms here need help. Ladies room door is stuck open, neither of the two stalls lock or provide privacy (gaps) and the hand dryer struggles. Definitely in need of attention for safety and privacy sake. They are clean. Entering the mall on the far left gives access to the gym and sporting goods store. Turn right to access the rest of the mall. Center entrance takes you by a long chocolatier shop displaying tasty treats for sale. Other shops inside include a book shop, Panera, science store and Paper store. It's a small area overall. Not one you'd stop in to 'walk the mall'. The shops we browsed are clean and well organized. Inside and outside shopping in this area covers a lot of your daily needs.

Their behavior came across as prejudiced and discriminatory, which is completely unacceptable anywhere -- especially in a major retail store. Instead of helping or answering questions, the staff seemed more interested in mocking and stereotyping customers. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable, and it was clear that respect and basic courtesy were not a priority here. Walmart needs to address this kind of conduct immediately. Customers deserve to be treated fairly, with professionalism and dignity -- not with bias or hostility. Until changes are made, I won't be returning to this location and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They need to stop hiring kids with the same ugly hair cuts.

So I went to Customer Service, and a young lady came out of an office, no smile, clearly I was interrupting whatever task she was doing. Asked what date. There's nothing here except these dates. She stated at me. No emotion whatsoever. I asked if this was the North Windham Walmart. Yes. Another person asked if it was the right card. I answered yes, it was my work card.
