Through no fault of theirs, I've had these guys make three trips in the last month. All were super…read moreprofessional and helpful. Carlos visited the first time to clean out the vent, and diagnose the problem (the vent cover on the exterior was broken). He came back a second time with another tech to install the cover (a two-man job because of the awkward location of the vent opening two floors up directly over a set of stairs!), and then when a bad smell developed, they sent Cory out who found that a bird had gotten all the way down the vent and died near the dryer. Cory deserves hazard pay for that one, but they didn't charge us because they'd been out three times (even though it wasn't their fault). All 3 techs I met (I think 3 of the 4 who work there) were very professional and helpful. Appointments are easy to book, they always arrived in the scheduled window and they got the job done even though the back of the dryer is nearly impossible to access given that it's wedged into a pantry. The store is clean, staff overall can be flagged down for help with sizing or questions. The line for checkout usually is long on weekends but moves fairly well. They got plenty of workout clothes, sports accessories and apparel, and of course the walls of sneakers in the back half.

Now, we are dealing with not only a leaky roof, but also a mice infestation (said there weren't current signs), water in the basement, a water heater leak, stairs that are falling apart, and the house is one bad storm away from collapsing.
