Being in the Milford area, I stopped by this store to pay my remaining bill and ask a question. This AT&T store is an Authorized Retailer which I despise, (however, the closest company store is in Franklin, and I didn't feel like making the trip ALL the way down there!) but the trip to the Milford location was actually..... GREAT! They win in the customer service for an Authorized Retailer; especially over the Walpole location, where I had a terrible experience. Shawnessy was extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient in helping me pay the bill and be in and out of the store within 2 minutes. She also was very knowledgeable about phones (some of the people who work at these places try to act like they know what they are doing, but really know diddly-squat) and about the AT&T Company. Actually for that matter, this place DOES EXIST. I need to call the AT&T company and let them know that on their website there is no listing under "Store Locations" for this Authorized Retailer in Milford. No, you really don't need to make a trek to the Franklin store. 5 stars for this store!

Do not recommend. Was quoted it would take 5 hours to fix my cracked screen. Went to pick up after…read more5 hours, and they said they need it for another 3 hours. All other places that I've had a screen replaced at, it took 30 minutes max, 8 hours is ridiculous. The screws at the base next to my charging port were not fully screwed in. There is a small piece of plastic/rubber protruding from the screen from the inside. Phone now overheats while charging. Bad customer service.

As I understand it, it is a relatively straight-forward process that I did not have time to do myself. Multiple employees at the store were completely befuddled by the request both in person and when I called them for updates after days of silence. They kept my computer for a week, charged me $85 to backup my data to a USB drive, and actually managed to make the problem worse! (I could turn on the computer with a tedious workaround before I gave it to them, and it refused to turn on at all afterwards). I took it to SmartFix in Shrewsbury instead, and they reinstalled Windows in about a hour. Maybe this location is amazing at fixing phones, but I will never go back after that experience with my laptop.

It was a positive experience - everyone I dealt with was friendly, they improved the fan in the laptop, and got it back to me within 2 days. What I particularly liked about the experience is that I was given a very detailed update on my laptop and what my options were before committing to any particular solution. The estimate for the work was fair and the final bill came in slightly under the estimate which was a nice plus. I will being calling upon them again if/when I need technical help with my laptop.
