Sometimes we are so quick to complain and write negative reviews, but don't take the time to share such positive experiences. I highly recommend Wireless World. Jose there is amazing to say the least. I went there with a smashed phone. I already knew the phone was smashed so bad that it wasn't going to be worth repairing. Jose went above and beyond to try to help me fix the phone so I could at least retrieve the pictures. He also gave me a very reasonable deal on a iPhone, tempered glass, screen, protector, and case. First he tried to see if by chance he had an old phone hanging around but unfortunately he didn't. He then opened my phone to get to get the model number and went on the internet to EBay to see If they had any for sale. He found one for me order it right in front of me and it arrived in 3 days. Mike received the phone switched out my old motherboard so he saved all of my contacts. He charged me exactly what he paid for the phone that we both looked at on EBay along with the cost of removing and replacing the motherboards . I had stopped a Verizon first and the could only sell me a new phone plus activation fees totaling $180 dollars .
