Honestly I wish I could give this business a negative star. I went in with a simple return of two modems. One was returned the other was never shipped back by the store. Not only was T mobile charging me for the device that was sitting at the same desk that I returned it to but they were charging for the internet! When I asked for the manager Kevin who tried to intimidate and bully me. He blamed everyone for the neglect. He blamed his staff and also Ups all the while the device was behind the desk for weeks! After being dismissed by the store in Boynton Beach, I went to the Delray store. Julian is the manager there. He was courteous, patient, and tried to help me as much as possible. The store was very busy, but he took his time with me. He told me to comeback and he would sync my phone to my laptop. Wanted to get contacts from one flip phone to the other. I knew how to do it but could get phones to pair. If they took 3 minutes to show me how to pair phones - I knew how to get contacts. First person Luis would not give me two seconds -- I said I would wait for the other gentlemen. I sat there almost an hour - then they whispered to each other and said we wont help you. Went to one on fed hwy. Not only did he pair phones ( I was missing a step-- I knew I was doing something small wrong_ ) but he went and transfer contacts. took all of 10 minutes. I am such a fan of this store--it's where I originally went to transfer service from AT&T (a 22-year customer!) to T-Mobile and I go there for every upgrade. Ashley is just awesome and always goes way out of her way to help me with almost every purchase/upgrade/account change so I am pretty loyal to this store because I appreciate working with her. Last night I was running late from work and was that jerk customer who arrives just 30 minutes before closing. But it couldn't be helped--I had purchased a new iPhone through Apple and it wasn't working properly on my service yet so without help I would have been without a phone overnight. And I needed a new case for my new phone, and did they have the new Apple watch? Anyway, Natalie is the new manager there and she treated me as if I was the first customer of the day. She was patient and listened to all of my needs and then offered advice and suggestions about how I could better use my service, get my costs down and or get the best specials. I wouldn't have been surprised if she had just rushed me through phone set up and my purchase so she could get home, but she didn't. She took the time to go above and beyond--something I've come to expect from this store!--and I am very grateful. I will be back later next month to get the new Apple watch and of course, for my next upgrade or purchase. Natalie told me on my way out that it is her goal to make this store the best T-Mobile store in the region. Too bad, because they already are!! Don't believe me? Just saw two ladies at the front desk with customers and another couple of guys coming in and out of the back of the store but no progress, just more people coming into the store. OK, so I cannot say enough good things about Ashley. My 85-year-old mother needed a new phone and was an old Sprint customer. My mom had a bit of a tough time understanding how the new plan would correlate to her old plan and there was an issue with setting up her password. Ashley was incredibly patient and kind and explained everything several times. She spent so long with us getting everything set and tried to make it as easy for my mom as she could. I went to this location which was on Military Trail in Delray Beach and transferred my Verizon Service to T-Mobil and it was handled by the manager Brad. He explained that with the documentation which included my final bill that they would pay off my devices and the early termination fee. He told me to bring my final bill to him to submit and I would receive a text with a card that will have the funds to pay off my bill and that it would take approx. 3 weeks. When 3 weeks had passed, I called the store and they told me to give it another week which I did. When week 4 passed, I went back in to the store and was told that Brad was not there but that they would speak to him when he returned to work the next day and then get back to me. Waited another week. Then the following Monday I called Brad and he said he would check in to it and call me by the end of the day. Never happened! Waited till Wednesday and called back and was told that he was not there and would not be back until Friday. At this point going in to week 6 I was pretty upset. I called 611 and I ended up spending several hours on the phone off and on until the evening with several different people. Finally, got put thru to the department that actually does the process only to find out that BRAD NEVER even submitted any documentation for this. Then I was informed that there was a 30 day period to get this done and because of this timeframe I was ineligible. Well, LIVID doesn't express how I felt. Then I was informed that the early termination fee would not have even been available to me at all... So not only is their Store Manager BRAD a liar but apparently he is also incompetent. My final contact with TMobile was with Ivan from the department that does these rebates. After much conversation, he managed to atleast make it happen where I will be reimbursed for the device payments. He was extremely nice and really tried his best to help me. He said I should receive the card with the funds in approx. 10 days so now I wait. My advice to everyone is "Buyer Beware" and Stay away from this particular store. This manager has deceptive business practices and cannot be trusted or taken at his word. No integrity here! There are plenty of other TMobile locations and my suggestion would be to patronize one of them. . read more

I went to this location merely to the store on Military Trail in Delray Beach to look at the new Apple phone as I was considering finally putting my Samsung Note 4 to rest. I am glad I had not thought to read the reviews first as I would not have gone. I was assisted by the new store manager, Brad Krahntroy, who very quickly and succinctly explained the various differences between the newest Apple Phone and the earlier models and I very quickly saw that the newest model would be overkill for my needs. We spoke for some time about the attributes of the 8 Plus 64G and I determined that phone would be the best for my needs. Although I wasn't planning to buy an Iphone that day, I did as Brad offered to help in transferring all the data from my old Samsung to the new phone and made me aware that I could also have an Apple watch for half price. I was very impressed by his professionalism as the store was operating with modest staff and many customers came in while I was there; he was very skilled at multitasking as he was helping call-in as well as walk-in customers as well as focussing on transferring all my data over. I would recommend this location based on my experience with the new store manager. I would also hope that the store hire additional help as there did appear to be a very large number of potential customers during the time I was there. The store needs more Brad Krahntroy types. read more

The details of my experience is too much to write about. Overall, the experience dealing with the manager, Brad, was a horrible one. Anything he says to you, double check it, and get it in writing. He becomes unreachable when you work on following up with him about matters he said he would work on. I have to update this review, as I was in the store 2 months ago and on 2 consecutive bills I've had issues. 2 additional lines were added to our phone ($50) that both months I've had to dispute (and get credits for). Additionally, Brad told us as a promotion for buying the iPhone 8 we got 2 screen protectors, 2 cases and two wireless chargers...hey nice! I confirm that my bill will be ~$175 per month and Brad agrees. Now they're telling me the "Promotion" is $12.62/month for 24 months (!!!!) for 2 chargers I don't need (and even told Brad, hey I really don't need them but if they come with the deal, fine) and some items I can get on Amazon for under $75. (pure gear screen protector is $8.80 and the otterbox symmetry is $20-30). Brad also threw an insult to New Yorkers in for nice touch, but tried walking it back when he realized I was one of them. Never have I been to this location without encountering some sort of issue. Every time that I have come in, I am waiting at least 20-30 minutes to even be acknowledged by an employee, and when I am, the service is lackluster and VERY slow. When I tried ordering an iPhone 6, I was in store for 3+ hours and due to the lackluster Computer system of this location, I wasn't able to process my order and wasted 3 hours standing around, while one of the employees was chatting with a customer making what should have been a simple transaction an hour long process. A majority of the employees also are always on their phones, or conversing with each other when it is clear that there are people waiting to be helped. This location is also a non corporate owned location, so they don't hold the employees and products to the same standards. Newer products such as the iPhone 6 are not put on display until weeks after the product has been out and the displays in store are outdated and contain some misleading information, such as the "free data on all tablets purchase" sign. The store is also always understaffed and very few of the employees know what they are doing. My various negative experiences at this location has sealed the nail on the coffin with this location, and I do not plan on coming back or recommending this location to anyone unless corporate buys back the location and hires friendlier and more competent staff. read more
