They quoted me a very fair price--better than I expected--and even got the repair done faster than the estimated time. The quality of the parts is excellent; my phone looks and feels brand new again! I went to Del Amo Mall (The Mills) to get my phone fixed because I accidentally dropped it on my tile bathroom a few days ago. That was the first time my screen actually cracked, and I was very sad. I went to Phone Booth first. It was reasonably-priced, but I wanted to check a few other stores in the mall to compare prices. Josue helped me and he is great. His price was the best, and he seemed the most genuine. The others started high and then lowered their price, which I didn't like. If your screen is cracked, I would recommend going to this place. My phone only took twenty minutes to replace. They have a lifetime warranty as well. Also, check-in to Yelp beforehand and you'll get $10 off. I checked-in after the fact, so I didn't get the $10 discount. read more

Bought an Otterbox at 8pm on Friday, it was not compatible with my Apple iPhone wireless backup battery, which I use, every day. Returned to the store at 12:29pm, the next day and asked for a refund, Shaad said their "store policy" was to inly issue store credit. That is NOT states on the receipt and was not explained to me at point of purchase. Their only notification of the policy is an 8.5 x 11 piece of paper, well above line of sight and too small for me to read without my glasses. My iPhones screen was broken so I took it here and they replaced it for 80$, But as soon as I left with my phone it was already having problems. The screen had a dark yellow color to it and when I touched the screen it took a while to open the app or it will begin to glitch out. Now my iphone turns on but the touch screen is not working, i may have dropped it once or twice but not to the point where it would be completely destroyed again that means the screen they put on is super cheap and weak and broke so easily so I took it back there to see what they can do but they said they would have to charge me 80$ again so I took it somewhere else for 80$ they did the same repair and it looked brand new with no problems what so ever save ur money and don't go here the manager as well isn't really friendly once you get to know him.... read more

I fixed my iPhone 8 Plus with them, had proof that my microphone didn't work after they fixed my housing . I paid close too 200$ for the fix and phone case . when I came in too explain it seemed right away like he was bothered and didn't want too try and help me . I fixed the housing for a different issue and now my microphone doesn't work and I still have too spend another 150$ too fix the same part but a different issue . Wouldn't recommend using them I also had too come in several times cause the part they kept ordering was broken which leads me too believe it was the part from the get go .
